Really nice and modern resort

My first order with room service ended in a shocking experience — the delivery staff stole money from me. I immediately informed guest services, who said they would contact security, but no one ever followed up with me about this terrible situation. Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired. The beach experience was equally disappointing. You can’t enjoy the shoreline without being harassed by vendors trying to sell you everything imaginable. Walking on the sidewalk is nearly impossible due to the number of trucks, golf carts, and scooters used by workers. On top of that, the seaweed problem is out of control — piles and piles of it make the beach completely unenjoyable. Overall, I will never stay at this resort again.

Very nice resort on Bavaro beachfront, with lots of amenities (restaurants, food trucks on the beach, ecological trail through the forest). The bungalow suites are spacious and modern, and the resort includes lots of green areas.

Although shuttles were available most of the time. Fees to have visitors was outrageously priced Persons responsible for keeping minibar and fridge restocked daily did not do their job... I had to repeatedly ask for refills Tv reception was terrible in my room No wifi

Property is nice and rooms have good aircon and hot water. Wifi is very bad and food is not the greatest, especially the buffet. Wasabi restaurant was the worse food I’ve had in a very long time. Lots of kids and parents who don’t care if kids are screaming, yelling etc. This might be ok for families but without kids I’d look elsewhere.

Overall, very friendly and professional personnel mostly everywhere, but at the gym, where the crew count care less about the facility. Dirty and faulty equipment everywhere and the crew just talking Creole among themselves while checking their cell phones... Beautiful and huge complex with very well-kept buildings and landscapes; however, there are not enough trains during rush hours, which delay dinner reservations and excursions for guests. Thus, prepare for delays....

it was alright, would I go back? definitely not. Things I liked but mostly things I didn’t like.

Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations. But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them). Rooms super modern and new (completely renovated, even the standard category I booked), large buffet with huge selection, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach. Service was ok. Note that it's a big resort, but there is a trolley train running around if you don't like to walk.

I went there for my birthday celebration I noted in the reservation i didn’t received any gift in the room or decorations I saw other people receiving then in the check in bad treatment and ignored by front desk for so long with racist treatment as I’m Latino then with belll boy they spent an hour to took me to the room then in the pool bar I received bad treatment for one of the bartender then in the check out i reported with public relations its supervisor treated me so didn’t do anything instead then in check out they took almost an hour to pick my luggage.

Room service after 11 was non existent . I tried ordering food multiple times - the phone didn’t work and the app didn’t work. It’s 35 minutes from the airport (make sure to book a car beforehand because uber drivers can be sketchy - mine canceled on me in the car then tried to rip me off after). Otherwise , it’s a beautiful beach, the gym is adequate the food is good and bring a book and enjoy the beach life . Definitely pay for the platinum on the app because at the hotel it’s 45 dollars a day to upgrade per person.

Very nice all inclusive resort, property is well cared for, good selection and quality of restaurants.
