Beach Hotels in Messenia

Location is perfectly located walking distance to all shops and restaurants along ocean side. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant up stairs is absolutely stunning with the views of ocean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. Good rooms, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. But a very small beach on the sea. And everything would be good, but on the second day of our stay, a large group of children arrived at the hotel. And the hotel turned into a children's camp. If the children were on the beach, there were no places for other guests anymore. If the children were at the pool, the same story. And where there are many children, it is always very noisy.

Good hotel! Only the location is a little bit not so nice but quite area. Good parking and swimming pool!

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey and not included in the room price. I was not interested in the buffet, only coffee. I had to pay for a full buffet, even though I only wanted coffee because my husband had the full breakfast.

The hotel is not bad! ! The hotel staff are very kind! ! In room 201 we lived in, the air conditioner was misplaced and it hit the bed and we were forced to sleep under the high temperature. If you exclude this, the hotel is great! We went to the restaurant for dinner, but we waited for half an hour and they didn't even come to spread the tablecloth. They have only one person serving the entire store. This led us to eat elsewhere.

Well located on the seafront close to restaurants

From the room decoration, it is a hotel with a sense of age. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was a warm and polite reception at the front desk. I specially introduced where the breakfast pool is. If you need it, you can call for rent and so on. It feels good. Say something that is not satisfactory: 1Stayed for two days, the first night air conditioning was OK, relatively stable, the second night air conditioning was not a constant temperature state, a while the air conditioner started cold, quickly covered the quilt, a while hot to open the quilt, the whole night was between the hot wake up and the cold wake up, did not sleep well. 2 Specially for the hotel beach and pool, but the beach is opposite the hotel, across the road, but the whole Karamata is like this, the beach on the side of the promenade is the beach, and the hotel bar restaurant on the side. It doesn't matter if you are opposite, but there is no proprietary area beach. Bath towels must be asked for at the front desk. When you return to the hotel, you must return to the front desk. You can't take bath towels freely on the beach. You have to wear a swimsuit to go upstairs at the hotel. In fact, it is completely possible if the waiter collects bath towels from the room. Besides, the hotel's swimming pool is very large and beautiful. It can be used after 10 am. It will be closed at 7 pm. If you come back from the beach, it is impossible to go to the pool and play for a while. Rarely encounter a pool that is not received so early. In the pool, hotel guests must also consume to play. We ordered pizza and chips, and we left half of them without eating. We went swimming and came back without confirming to us and was taken away (the lounge chairs were all our items, and it was not long after ordering). After responding to the staff, we filled us with chips, and the pizza couldn’t make up two pieces (the waiter said we had two left, but we actually went swimming after eating two pieces) and the remaining pizza made up two ice creams for us. The attitude of the waiter, from the apology before the filling to the arrogance of the filling, is very uncomfortable. In short, this price corresponds to such facilities and services, and the price is not high.

Terrible experience. We booked two rooms with breakfast through the trip.com platform reservation no. 16888963xxxxxxxx. When we arrived at this hotel the manager shown to us a paper coming from *******.com saying that we booked only rooms without breakfast!!!. They did NOT accept the trip.com confirmation which clearly indicates that we had paid rooms and breakfast. After discussions !!! the manager accepted to pay only one room breakfast. The problem is who is going to return my money back ( for the one room paid breakfast)????. Finally why trip.com passed wrong information to *******.com ???? Regarding now the room : one was OK, the other was very small unacceptable for a 4* stars hotel, without heating and the main door lock out of order, the TV device not working. After complains the manager change to an other room. This hotel opened for Easter 2026 vacations without to be fully prepared to accept tourist. Around the hotel there is nothing (shops or village). As conclusion 1. the hotel needs a professional hotel-manager and a technical-support team 2 why trip.com passed wrong order to *******.com????? 3. who will return my breakfast-money back??????
