Zulton Hotel Apartment (Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town Mei Consulate Branch) Reviews

We stayed for two nights. The room is pretty basic. From Trip.com booking it says we should get an upgrade room but definitely we didn't. The bed was too firm for our standard (maybe it's okay for Chinese standard). Not the cleanest room and they came in twice; to put clean towels and to clean the central air conditioning -and leaving puddle of water/ alcohol spray on the floor- without telling us they would enter the room but we knew. We didn't mind but if you want a privacy, this place isn't really doing it. The location is the one and only great thing this 'hotel' has matched with the price. The owner/ lady was very nice and helpful but she's busy talking on the phone during check in. The first half hour after we checked in, she came back and wanted to clean the room. We refused immediately.

Location is amazing and service was great. Bed was tough/hard and shower was tiny. Curtain would stick onto skin while showering. Everything was great.

Great staff, nice view from balcony and had a good time there

The room is a good space for a solo/couple traveller, near the metro and Haixin bridge/park. The room is clean, and easy to coordinate with the agent. Very nice location within the zhujiang new town. :)

All cool, close to all the western spots, recommended. Lady was polite, got the room upgraded and let us extend our stay on short notice. Close to metro stops. The room is decent, water is super hot so be careful.

The room was fairly large for the area and clean which was great. Issue came for checking in, like the front door was locked, so only got in when the guard opened it and then no one at the desk, so had to call. Which is a nightmare if u don't speak Chinese. But after that no issue

The hotel is really nice. They welcome foreigners well. Whenever you need a help ,they immediately do especially there is a woman who welcomed me in warm way which I felt I am home. The location is really good , you go everywhere easily. I like it . Thanks for the receptionist and those who work there

The place is ok, but the beds are too hard

Everything worked out fine for us. The host picked us up at the door and showed us the apartment. Its small but well equipped, very close to the Center and you can explore a lot by foot. We would book it again.

This services apartment is located close to the metro, in the busy area in central Guangzhou. It's very close to many western restaurants, and the metro is just 3min away. The room is quite spacious (for Guangzhou standards), you can will anything you need there - fridge, washing machine, many shelves and so on. So I. guess it's suitable for longer stays too. I totally recommend this place!

The location is convenient, about three minutes away from the subway station. The boss is also very nice. He went downstairs to take people up. It was raining heavily that day, so he even arranged to lend an umbrella to a friend. The equipment inside is just like ordinary household facilities. It has all the necessary ones, but there are many problems. There is not a single clothes hanger in the wardrobe. Instead, there is one next to the washing machine on the balcony. This...? ? ? Then the toilet floor has been leaking water. I don’t know if it is because the pipe does not want to be repaired or for other reasons?

The room was upgraded and the location is excellent. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the visa office and 15 minutes to Haixinsha. Check-in is convenient and the facilities in the house are complete.
