"I was happy with the spacious room."

"A good price for a room in this city hotel. I was upgraded to a spacious room, with no outside noise despite being right across from the train station. However, there was noise from a neighboring room starting at 6:00 AM (on a Saturday, no less). The bedding was too hard for my liking, and the duvet was positioned too low on the bed, leaving my shoulders exposed. The bathroom is dated (from the 70s or 80s). It could use updating to match the current decor of the room. Finally, there's an electrical wire dangling from the middle of the ceiling... It needs either a light fixture connected to it or removed. The welcome was very good, and the breakfast was decent, except, as in most hotels, for the reconstituted fruit juice."

Parking costs €10. Breakfast was good. The coffee machine was broken during our stay, and they couldn't offer decaffeinated coffee upon request."

"Room 102 has no Wi-Fi. The mattress in room 102 is worn out. When booking, there was no notification that the parking lot was fully booked. The desk clerk, JP, insisted that there were no free parking spaces left, and at 9:30 PM, there were still more than 10 spaces available."

"Our entire stay at La Cour de Beaune was exceptional. Veronique was friendly and very helpful. The room was decorated beautifully, immaculately clean with everything we needed. The view from the room into the walled garden was lovely & the bed particularly comfortable :) Breakfast was delicious too. The location was quiet with a relaxed atmosphere, secure off road parking, yet very easy to walk into the centre of Beaune. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We look forward to visiting again."
