"The hotel is close to the clinic I was visiting. I need to be honest in saying that there is little there within the area particularly if you do not have a car. I did not order dinner as the hotel was only sparsely occupied so I ate in Berlin. I need to be honest in saying that the lobby is beautiful and comfortable. There is a lovely touch with the piano. Where the hotel can definitely improve on is the service. Check-In was ok. Nothing much. It was efficient. When I wanted to order a beer I nearly had to do it myself. The receptionist was away and I had to wait a number of minutes before anybody came. It was only 8:30 in the evening but I made sure that this was my last beer! The next morning, the coffee was on the table and while there was sufficient food, it would have been nice to be approached and asked how everything was. The night's sleep was fine but the curtain was too thin. Thankfully, I brought a night mask, otherwise I would not be able to sleep. The hotel is fine if you are staying near the area but I would not be in a rush otherwise. "
