Our stay in the twin room with a window was absolutely fantastic! The high ceilings made the room feel incredibly spacious and airy, with no hint of claustrophobia. Being away from the street meant there was zero outside noise, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful environment for relaxation. The Land Rover mattresses were just right – not too soft, not too firm – providing a stable and comfortable sleep that truly enhanced our rest. The room was equipped with a fresh air system, keeping the air consistently clean, and the bedding was impeccably clean and crisp, feeling lovely to the touch. All the hotel facilities were immaculately maintained and looked brand new, really showing the owner's dedication. The staff were warm, attentive, and handled all our requests efficiently. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; taking the subway or catching a taxi right outside saves so much time and effort. I highly recommend this place for your travels!

Five-star review! This stay was particularly heartwarming, and I especially want to commend Beibei at the front desk. Beibei checked us in on our first night in Beijing. She was warm and welcoming, and spoke so gently. Seeing that we had a child with us, she thoughtfully gave us a small electric fan, which was incredibly considerate given the hot Beijing weather. During our stay, she even proactively contacted us via WeChat, letting us know we could reach out to her anytime if we needed anything. On our departure day, we were delayed at the Summer Palace, and Beibei went above and beyond to help us get a late check-out, solving a real problem for us. Meeting such a kind and attentive staff member during our trip truly warmed our hearts. Beijing is a city worth visiting again and again, and next time we're here, we'll definitely choose Joy City Hotel again, and I hope we get to see Beibei! Highly recommended!

Our family came for a trip and saw online that the hotel's location was great, and it truly lived up to its reputation. It's very close to Niujie, where we tried many snacks, especially the test lamb skewers which were excellent. The hotel was quite busy during the holiday, and the kids loved the pool. Alina at the front desk gave us some treats, which made them very happy.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Changchun Street subway station, just a short walk away. The room's bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The service is also very attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This hotel room in Beijing exceeded my expectations for my holiday trip; I'm very satisfied. I've stayed in other hotels before, and they were always too small. This room, however, is huge, with a kitchen and a living room. It's right in the heart of Xidan, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a lovely little garden inside the hotel, creating a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were wonderfully gentle and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently. The room was spotless and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was also good, so I slept very soundly. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high quality. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. This place offers incredible value for money. The front desk even gave me a bottle of water when I checked out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing.

Service: This hotel deserves high praise; the service attitude is commendable, especially the male staff who was excellent. The female staff were also very good. I made a mistake about an item later, and they even helped me return it, so a big thumbs up! Environment: Also very good, the facilities are relatively new. It's located in a *hutong* (alley), right next to the famous Zhengyang Bookstore. Hygiene: The free laundry service is truly fantastic and worth noting; many five-star hotels don't even offer this. Facilities: Of course, they are good. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but that's acceptable. You can refer to my notes for more details.

The location is great and walking distance to the metro station. I wanted to experience the old courtyard house in Beijing and I did it! The only mistake was that I should pick a newer one. This one is a bit old and run down (2018). We had to call twice for the toilet issue and there were only two washing machines (one dry&wash and another wash-only). But the service was great and the cats too!

This is an excellent hotel with a great room type, perfect for families or larger groups. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three beds, all connected by a private balcony corridor. This connecting area includes a sofa, a desk, and a lamp. There's an air purifier conveniently located near the entrance of the larger bathroom. The windows in two spots can be cranked open for ventilation. My room in Building A faced south, so it received sunlight all day. The location is very convenient, with shared bikes available downstairs and a mall and subway station just a 3-5 minute walk away. Both the hotel staff and cleaning ladies were very enthusiastic. It would be even better if breakfast could be made available earlier during the middle and high school entrance exam periods.

This hotel was among the first high-standard hotels built in New China, famously part of the 'Ten Great Buildings' constructed for the 10th anniversary of the PRC. It's located in a prime area on Chang'an Avenue, right next to the Beijing Cultural Palace of Nationalities, offering convenient transportation. In 1972, it even hosted the journalists and entourage of the Nixon delegation. However, the hotel clearly underplays its rich history and culture; there are only a few scattered exhibition boards on the first floor, and surprisingly, not a single photo from Nixon's visit to China. I suggest the management team leverage this historical heritage to revitalize this old hotel, allowing it to better serve the public.

Traveling to Beijing from out of town, this hotel chain really gave me a sense of security. It's located in a hutong, but taxis can drop you off right at the hotel entrance, and the subway is just a seven or eight-minute walk away. Food deliveries can also be brought to a designated spot at the front desk downstairs. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, with amazing attention to detail. My impression of them was fantastic! Choosing the right hotel really made my trip even more perfect. Thank you all! ❤️❤️❤️

The front desk service was excellent, but the hotel rooms were a bit old, and there were stains everywhere on the carpet, which slightly affected the stay. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't good; rooms near the elevator were a bit noisy. The hotel's location is quite convenient, and there are two restaurants on site, as well as various beverages, teas, and other gifts available in the lobby.

I traveled to Beijing with the elderly and children. The Beijing Butterfly Spring Hotel I stayed at was very close to Exit D of Lingjing Hutong Station on Line 4. I walked on a small road and passed the police station on the way. The surrounding environment was full of security; although the hotel did not have an elevator. , but helped us deliver our luggage to the door of the room. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk and the waiter 🌹; 2 bottles of Wahaha purified water are provided for free every day. The room is cleaned and organized every day, and the toilet paper is replenished every day. Thank you to the cleaning aunt 🌹 . The room is spacious and comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very good. It is worth staying again!

Reasonably good location. Walk to subway not too far, with many shops and eateries around location. The hotel was an old building, but rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff and service was good and they upgraded our room.

Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Sister Zhang Xiuying, for her care and help. My mother is disabled and it is not easy to come to Beijing for medical treatment in a wheelchair. The care of this beautiful sister made us feel warm. I must give a thumbs up! The sisters and brothers in the restaurant are very nice, making me feel at home... I would like to give a small suggestion to the hotel. I hope the hotel can prepare a power strip. My mobile phone cannot be plugged into the hotel's socket, and the hotel does not have a power strip, resulting in not charging the mobile phone for two days. It's a pity that the mobile phone is out of power, which is a bit of a delay. It would be nice if the hotel could prepare a bull power strip, as it is inevitable that guests will need it!

It's very convenient to be close to the hospital. It can also collect express delivery, which solves the problem of not having a fixed accommodation. The room card was broken, so I decisively changed the room. Express delivery is very convenient outside. It's only a few minutes' walk to Union Hospital. It's very convenient

It feels like an old state-owned hotel from the 1990s. A deposit of 50 yuan is required for a room card. The room is very small. There is no separation of wet and dry. Bath water will pour into the toilet. The yard is not bad. There is a small garden pavilion. It feels like there is a state-owned background. Otherwise it will be difficult to make a profit. I chose this place mainly because it is relatively close to Fuwai Hospital. There is quite a lot to eat around.

I personally feel it offered good value for money, and overall, I'm satisfied. 1. The owner was very helpful. I had an early departure at 6 AM the next day and needed to store my luggage. Even though the owner wasn't awake yet, my belongings were left in a secure spot, and I was able to retrieve them safely. 2. The hygiene was good. Although the room was small, it was definitely clean. 3. The location is close to the subway, but it's a little off the beaten path (it's a local establishment run by residents).
