"The positive points are mainly the price of the rooms (approximately €35), the cleanliness, and the comfort of the bed. The negative points are that the entire check-in process is online and is cumbersome, that we weren't given the entry codes until 3:30 PM, and, above all, that of the two rooms we had booked, one was very cold, and although there was air conditioning, it wasn't enough to heat the room. "I requested a single room. Upon arrival, there was no reception, so I had to call. No one from the company showed up during my entire stay, only the cleaners who cleaned the bathroom but didn't make the bed. The shower control kept coming off; I called to have it fixed, but they ignored me for the four days I was there. The room was 9 square meters. There was no closet for clothes, just hangers on a bar. The table was so small it couldn't even fit a laptop. The bathroom measured 1.60 x 1.60. The shower was 0.80 x 0.80. It was so small that there was no room for a toilet paper holder or a tray for shampoo and shower gel. The door didn't close properly, so I had to use the key or slam it. And, finally, they charge a whopping €70 per night for this "room," clearly an armed robbery. The lack of customer service isn't just bad, which it is, it's nonexistent. My call reporting a defect went completely unheeded. I think the room dimensions don't meet community standards, so I'm thinking of reporting it to the tourism department. I went to some orienteering races in the area. There will be more, but I assure you I won't return to this place and I'll advertise it so no one rents it."
