Gloria Group Hotels in Beppu

We booked a package with dinner and breakfast for two days and one night. Since we don’t eat beef, the clerk replaced the Hell Steamer and gave us a family soup. It was under maintenance and it didn’t have much impact because the room has a private hot spring. Since I didn’t want to bathe outside, I booked a room with a bathroom. The experience was very good and very comfortable. The clerk was very proactive in using Google Translate to communicate and was very friendly. It was a good experience during this trip to Beppu! The only thing is that it would be better if the room lighting could be warmer.

The hotel is very good, room is clean and tidy, individual onsen is excellent. The only point is the location will be a little bit far for travellers without cars, as hotel is on a hill slope, you will need to spend some efforts to go up, but the hotel quality worths this effort.

The advantage is that it is located close to tourist facilities, so I made a reservation, but when I actually saw the entrance of the accommodation, it was so pretty that I took a picture first and then checked in. The staff were so kind that they explained everything in detail and also introduced me to nearby restaurants and convenient facilities ^^ After the explanation, I went to the room and it was really clean and spacious. And when I checked the private room, it was spacious and clean. You can adjust the temperature to your desired temperature. When I checked the bathroom and toilet, I saw that the hair dryer was Dyson. Since Japan is 110 volts, the wind speed is weak, but it was great to use the Dyson. And there was a small beverage facility next to the check-in area, so they provided unlimited beer and drinks. I had a really comfortable time. Next time I visit Beppu, I will definitely visit here.

The room is HUGE! Didn’t expect it has two floors. Really nice they have a big TV in the living room and also in the room, the TV got Netflix. The fridge has some free drinks and beers, that’s so sweet!!! We were so happy that we can drink cold beers while being in the private onsen. The hotel doesn’t have reception, you need to check in another hotel which is 5mins walk. If you don’t mind this, go ahead and book this. Truly good value.
