"Had an amazing stay at Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu — definitely one of the highlights of the trip! The onsen experience here is truly exceptional. The hotel offers both public and private hot spring baths, all beautifully maintained and very relaxing. After a long day out, soaking in the onsen feels incredibly therapeutic. I especially loved the thoughtful touches like free ice cream and Yakult after the bath, plus complimentary ramen at night — it really elevates the whole experience. The location is perfect — just a short 1–2 minute walk from Beppu Station, with easy access to trains, buses, restaurants, and convenience stores. This makes traveling around Beppu and nearby areas like Yufuin super convenient. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and has a nice traditional Japanese touch with tatami flooring throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a perfect stay if you’re looking for a relaxing onsen hotel with unbeatable location and great value."

"The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view."

"Everything was perfect. The location is perfect, right next to the Kawasaki bus stop. The Toyonokuni Expressway Bus makes traveling between Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Tenjin easy, much more convenient than taking the JR train. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, including a large 7-Eleven across the street and a supermarket about 700 to 800 meters away. The overall ambiance is classic Japanese, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are all single-family houses. Although the room we were assigned was slightly different from what I had seen when booking, with only a semi-open-air onsen, we were traveling with just my daughter and me, so one onsen was more than enough. The staff was very friendly and provided detailed information. The only downside was that there was a light-transmitting window above my bed, with no curtains, which caused me to wake up early every morning. However, this wasn't a big deal for me, so I give it a full rating. Highly recommended!"
