"Had our pitstop at Dolphin shores to check out Jervis Bay. Plenty of nearby shops but if you drive at night, please be careful. Super dark. The place was quaint and Andrew, the owner is so funny and witty. Shared with us a little history upon checking in. We even get to do laundry. Washer and dryer available at $5 each. There’s even a basket and detergent provided! Kitchen was fully equipped (no oil or seasoning provided) but thank god I had my own. Made salmon and heated up garlic cheese pastries. Lovely dinner for us! Heat from the a/c is awesome! Husbae and I were toasty! The only thing I had to be more patient with is the warm water from the tap (kitchen and toilet sink). The shower’s one not a problem. Bed was awesome! Lotsa pillows for your girl! & the room is clean! I appreciate the cleanliness. Will stay here again if given the choice!"

"Had a good time with plenty to do. Kids and adults enjoyed the jumping pillow and games room and we all had a good time at the tennis courts, pool and splash park. The lady at reception was really lovely to deal with. We came across kangaroos and had a possum on our verandah. We stayed in the lagoon lodge and there was turtles and eels in the lake."

"on’t recommend this place, room was nice. But the people were absolutely awful and treated me and my partner horribly. We stayed there for 3 days and not once she was nice to us. They said they need a $150 damage deposit and it will be given back after your stay, it has been 2 days after I’ve left and the money hasn’t come back, I’ve called them multiple times and they keep hanging up on me, I’ve messaged them and I’m not getting replies they are very unprofessional and SCAMMERS. Don’t come here!"

"The location is excellent and the reception is friendly Good options for those travelling with children The kitchen could be better equipped, at least with the minimum to make something basic, and with more than one cooker There needs to be clear signposting of the accommodation (a couple entered our safari tent during the night thinking it was the place they had booked, we were a bit scared as it was late at night, but we managed to help them find where they were going to spend the night)"

"The room is larger, not 16 square meters, with a bathroom and a microwave; the small garden at the door is well-kept; the quilt is a bit sloppy and the quilt cover is not covered. It is more convenient to eat at the door. There is a park harbor right outside, where locals fish and there are many pelicans waiting for the fishermen to handle the fish. They are not afraid of people at all. Overall it's quite comfortable"

"After travelling all day, I rang here and booked a room. I said I was 20-30 minutes away. Which was fine by them. They took and charged my credit card to confirm it(I’m not sure they are even allowed to do this legally). I arrived 30 minutes later (I checked my phone history to make sure), upon walking in to check in, the rude and abrupt lady on reception told me I had taken longer than 30 minutes and someone else was now in it who had booked it online. It has taken 3 days to get this money put back on my credit card. The single room was $359 for the night which I found excessive but was willing to pay that amount thinking I would be getting some much needed rest, a nice environment and friendly service. I was then left in the lurch to find alternative accomodation at 8pm at night. Disappointed is an understatement!!!"

"This hotel operator has purposely engaged in unfair trading practices and unconscionable conduct. They processed our payment until the last date for cancellation and cancelled our booking even though we made multiple attempts to resolve with them directly once we were told of the issue. ( left multiple phone calls and no call response) They had issues with processing the payment but didn’t make an effort to resolve it when we approached them via *********** to ensure that they have the correct credit card details. Errors can happen on their side too but not offering to assist with solutions demonstrate poor customer service. Our credit card details remained the same and we asked them to reprocess the payment immediately but they refused to do so and even refused to offer any solutions. Why? Because they want more money for that same booking that was booked 3 weeks in advance. If the room was sold we understood but no they choose to advertise it as a higher price and told us our booking was cancelled because our credit card was invalid. Before that they told us on the day of cancellation that prices was incorrect . I cannot believe such greedy operator that refused to rectify this matter with their client but only to screw them over as its peak period and prices have already gone up in many places with limited booking. They told *********** they will not reinstate our booking even though the room was still available. Wow if prices were the same they will be jumping to process the payment. Imagine how understanding these company to travellers out there.. do you really want to stay there in the future knowing you be screwed last minute? . How evil can this people be? Does anyone deserve such treatment? I DO NOT recommend anyone to book with this company knowing how they treat their customer like CRAP to a point that they even refused to discuss over the phone. Note: Pls don’t bother commenting on my review now when you didn’t made an effort to rectify the issue in any way."
