One tip - bring your own supplies - no milk or coffee in the room. But that’s a small issue that didn’t detract from our stay at all. "

"I stayed here for one night during my trip to Jervis Bay. The accommodations near Jervis Bay were too expensive, so I found this accommodation as an alternative. It's about 30-40 minutes to Jervis Bay, so it's in a great location for exploring nearby areas like Hyams Beach! They provide two free ice creams, and it's conveniently equipped with a small kitchen and utensils. Overall, it was clean and nice. Parking is paid, but you can use street parking (only 2 hours of parking during the day, no time limit after 6 PM) or park behind the building for free."

"We felt the accomodation, especially the bathroom, was dated and in need of an upgrade to meet contemporary standards. The reception area is great but sadly the cottages (we were in Moona Moona and Hyams Beach) are dated and somewhat fusty. The wardrobes are tiny and there are dated jacuzzi baths in the bathrooms plus corner shower cubicles with tiny shower heads. We haven’t seen anything like that in years! The lighting throughout is in need of modernisation. The grounds are rather scruffy, unkempt and unattractive. Appreciate it’s the countryside but still not up to 2025 traveller standards. Reception and barista coffee service doesn’t open until 9.30am.This is far too late. should be 8.00am. No welcome drink on arrival. Just directions to cottage and get on with it!"

"Good beach location that was the only plus. A very basic apartment hardly any power points only 1 in the bedroom and that had a bedside lamp plugged in and you could not access it for anything else. The other bedside lamp you could mit plug in it also had no bulb. No cooking utensils 1 spoon 1 folk 4 knives 1 tea spoon that was it for 4 people. 4 glasses which 2 were wine and 1 mug. No plug in sink to hold water for washing up. The plug in the bathroom basin was stuck down so unable to use. There reception was not staffed but a number to ring. For the money we paid for the night for such poor accommodation was expensive. I would not recommend this motel. Luckly we only had 1 night."

"When we arrived it was raining the 24hr check in was not under cover and very confusing to use. Floors in unit very slippery because no mat inside to wipe wet feet. No hot water at kitchen sink for washing up and no dishcloths or brooms supplied, as they require you to clean or get a $75 cleaning bill. Hot water ran out in morning shower (only one of us showering in the morning, husband showered in the evening). Shower base and bathroom floor slippery when wet. Very hard to get luggage from the car to unit, as there is electric fencing between car park and rooms(which is not good when raining). "

"There was no one at reception at anytime during our stay. You had to keep calling the phone number on the wall outside if you had a query. Our room had a small kitchen but nowhere to sit and eat. There were no chairs, only a stool which had broken supports. The overhead fan had a blade missing and the sliding door to the bathroom had no guide to keep it in place. It’s an old unit and hasn’t been maintained well. When we tried to shower we found there was no hot water and when I rang the owner she blamed us for emptying the tank. I asked for a refund she refused and was rude. She takes your money straight away when you book so be warned and don’t stay there."
