"It was feeel like we are staying in 7 star hotel"

"We had booked 3 premium rooms at The Creek spa and resort shantiniketan on october 12 - 14. We would have rated it 5 but we were forced to give less for the only reason ( and a very important one) that there was a family of stray cats mother and 4 kittens outside our rooms (302, 303, 304) at all times. We complained several times at the reception amd housekeeping but to no avail. Finally when the mother cat almost attacked my son , we created a hue at the reception dis the GM and F&B mangaer both came. But they both had the most 'what can we do about it ' attitude and were extremely rude and told us to just stomp our feet or reusiculous things like that. We had paid extra coz if the balconies attached to the rooms, which none of us could enjoy or make use of ultimately!! So it's a great property and good food, excellent service but an indifferent manager who makes sure the guest will not return. Go at your own risk, especially if you book rooms 301 - 304. (Also the room fridges were not working in most of the rooms )"

"The hotel is within the market premises, but entry gate is confusing as super market has an adjacent gate too. Reception is in basement and have to climb stairs to get to the lift. Door locks faulty and food is decent quality."
