"Our chalet was comfortable, clean, a good size, although rather old fashioned decor and furniture. It had a happy, cosy feel, rather like staying at your grandparents home. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was a laundry room and washing line outside in the garden. The location was a short walk from the supermarket but it was too far to walk to the town centre so you ideally need a car."

"Privately owned, friendly owners. The room was roomy and clean. There is a sitting area out the back patio doors which was good. The outdoor furniture is a bit older. The bed and linens were good for a 2 night stay. We just needed a place to stay while we toured the area. Havelock where the postal boat tour is just a 35 minute drive away. There is a Countdown grocery store right across the street which was convenient. There are no restaurants within walking distance."

The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable — the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was super comfy, the amenities were excellent, and we loved the little touches that made it feel extra special. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Blenheim, close to great cafes, restaurants, and shops, but still lovely and peaceful. Parking was easy and convenient too. Overall, it was a five-star experience from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Blenheim Palms Motel to anyone visiting Marlborough. A true gem!"

We mucked him round with delays to our booking due to some health issues and he was most obliging changing our dates at very short notice. Being on a side street off the main road the units are quiet and very comfortable with everything you need. Close walking distance to New World and restaurants. Ideal stop for getting on or off the ferry as only twenty minutes to Picton"
