The did not refund my money because it was not possible to fly from Brasilien to Columbia due to some issues. Stay away from this place!!

Hotel has shuttle from to airport and rooftop with working space. Nice service , rooms are well cleaned.

The room is small, everything else is ok.

Overall, it's a good value for money, but the hotel's meals are a bit expensive. The area is relatively safe and the bus to the airport is convenient.

The customer service at this hotel is terrible! They have zero customer service, no cooperation, and I don't recommend them. We asked if they could wait five minutes for us to board the van that would take us to the hotel, but they never waited for us.

The staff is not very friendly. The location is good but it is on the opposite side. You have to go around in circles. There is no entrance to the hotel because it is a pedestrian area and the neighbors are not pleasant.

I was on a business trip and found this hotel based on the hotel location recommended by the client. I guess we should still listen to the client?!

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, tiene transporte gratis aeropuerto Hotel, la ubicación está buena y la parte de abajo tiene supermercados. La comida del hotel es muy rica y las habitaciones bastante cómodas. Siempre que vengo a Bogota me quedo allí.
