"Google maps is generally our trusted guide, but this time we got lost in the maze of narrow alleys in Bol. Our host had sent out special instructions, which we entered, but we still got somewhat off target and had to ask around locally. Once we found the place, the parking lot is spacious, although it lacks shade. Our hostess gave us a useful introduction to the area and a helpful map. The location is very convenient with only a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The beach requires a longer walk, but goes through a smooth pedestrian walkway with good shade. Beach towels were kindly provided. Not surprisingly, this kind of place draws big crowds during peak season. Unfortunately the TV didn't work since a storm had nocked out the connection. We learned this only after considerable testing of remote control options. That would normally not be of significance, but we missed a quarter final in the Women's European Championship that we had looked forward to watching. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no in-room safe."

"Very nice apartments, very well maintained and equipped in a very convenient location to all the main attractions in Bol. Very nice pool and surroundings. Very friendly and helpful owners. Supermarket only a 5 min walk away. Would definitely recommend."

"What a beautiful oasis 2 min from the main drag of Bol! On arrival we were buzzed into the gated property and entered a lush garden. We were then greeted with fresh juice while Nick oriented us to the property and gave thorough recommendations for our time in Bol. The rooms were stately, immaculate, and spacious. Our room looked out onto the gorgeous garden with the Adriatic visible behind. The shower had wonderful pressure. The provided breakfast was delicious - coffee, fruit, yogurt, granolas, homemade cakes and made-to-order pancakes, eggs, bacon, cheese plates. The property is close to all the main sites/beaches of Bol but maintains privacy and quiet away from the parties and clamor of sailing yachts in the marina. Would definitely recommend Villa Giardino!"

"The owner of the apartment promises discounts by booking directly with her rather than on the various sites and then canceling everything on the last day of your stay. The rooms do not have all the comforts present in the description (e.g. iron), there is not even a wardrobe to put your clothes in, but only a hanger and not even bathroom products. I conclude by highlighting that when I arrived the door handle was broken and I hadn't been told: I had to ask several times to fix it because I couldn't even open and close it without it remaining in my hand. Terrible service and absolutely unprofessional owner."
