"We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick. The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!"

"We were six guys on a short bicycle trip, doing the famous passes in the region: Mortirolo, Stelvio, Gavia. Whenever there was a technical or historical problem, we got immediate help from the host, including direct delivery of spare parts :-) The food was excellent and the dining was cosy. We felt serviced at a high level :-) I would love to come back for more biking or for skiing in the winter."

"A worn-out hotel with small rooms and old interior. However, it is centrally located relative to the old town. There is private parking just across from the hotel. Some rooms have a view of the neighboring building, which is not very attractive. There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is very limited, and the service related to it is marked by some grumpy waitstaff. The service at the reception was fine."

"An amazing place to stay for skiers. Excellent location, just in a middle between ski lifts and an old town. Only 5-6 minutes walking to both directions. Amazing service and very kind and attentive ladies operating this small, warm and cozy place. The breakfast was amazing, always fresh, and coffee just perfecto! :) with breakfast you are able to get all the energy you need for skiing:) Room cleaning provided every day. Cosy and very warm rooms are the place you want to come back after being all day on the snow :) Definitely coming back next year! Bravisimo :)"

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. They provided plenty of useful information about the surrounding area and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was an A+ experience — from delicious cakes and sweets to an unforgettable cappuccino. There was truly something for every taste, and the quality was excellent. Overall, the place had great attention to detail and a wonderful atmosphere. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back here!"
