"You feel welcome and cocktailed just entering the hall. The room is not large but "heat" and has a large balcony on the road of San Lorenzo. Bathroom with double laundry, large shower and soft hand towels. Breakfast alone is worth the living room. A great choice of sweet and salty, excellent quality, with hot dishes from the kitchen to the card including and with the server Gianni who welcomes you with a smile and his goodness. We had already stayed at Hotel San Lorenzo and it will certainly be our choice when we return to Bormio."

"We stayed three nights at the Palace Hotel between Christmas and New Year. Overall, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is central and there is a free shuttle to the cabinovia. Rooms were well furnished and cleaned regularly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the spa. The staff was attentive and kind. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food we were served at dinner was tasty as well (with the exception of an amatriciana pasta which was full of onion, although this was not stated in the menu). In particular, desserts deserve a mention. We would definitely come back as this is a great place to stay, but I'd recommend to reduce the heating in the rooms as it was too hot and not possible to be regulated, and to upgrade the hot tub in the spa."
