The facade facing the street to the south features corbels formed by corbels. The building has a U-shaped form and retains its original character with rich ornamentation and decoration. Entrance to the building from the south facade is through a low arch within a niche formed by a pointed arch adorned with geometric motifs, supported by columns. It consists of three wings: east, west, and north. Circular iwans are located in the east and west wings. There are units on the right and left of each iwan. These spaces, with a cross-vaulted roof system, are oriented on a north-south axis. The windows of these units are rectangular in shape, set within niches formed by segmented arches. Drop motifs are present in the spaces between the windows. The units in the north wing are accessed through a low-arched entrance set within niches formed by segmented arches. Window forms are rectangular structural elements located within niches created by pointed arches resting on columns.
