"The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Beautiful view from the window. There's an excellent Italian trattoria next door. The staff are responsive and attentive, the design is very pleasant, and cleaning and linen changes are done upon request. Everyone speaks English, and the staff helped us resolve an unusual situation with our rental car, for which we are very grateful. They are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. We intentionally left a cap in the room, and they immediately messaged us to say we had forgotten something. Overall, 10/10. We wish them all the best!!!"
