AAnonymous UserI really didn't expect the room to be so huge and spacious. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, so I had to ask the front desk about many things, like getting fresh towels. However, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, especially for getting to the Great Barrier Reef ferry terminal, which is only about a 10-minute walk away.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Cairns seems relatively new, but it's not great value for money. I booked a sea view room, which was completely unnecessary as it overlooks a murky lagoon that exposes mudflats at low tide. The room was quite spacious, but it had a damp, musty smell. They only provide two bottles of water per day, and they're in glass bottles, which made me seriously suspect the staff just refilled them with tap water. If you run out, you have to go to the first floor to get drinking water, which also tasted like tap water. On the first day, the tissue box ran out after only two tissues, but thankfully it was refilled the next day. Breakfast is mainly Western style, and the location is convenient, as you can walk to restaurants, the wharf, and other places!

GGuest UserVery comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay here, close to all the shops and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating as we arrived after reception hours and provided us with a way to check in after hours. We stayed for two nights and all aspects were great. Great value for money . :))

HHennyP.My first room in building C was awful with the view of the opposite hotel. I could literally watch what other people did in their room and they could watch me as well. Also the room condition was so bad with crawling insects so I needed to upgrade the room. The upgraded room was fine with a poolside view and less bugs crawling on the wooden table. I understand there could be little creatures but just too many in the first room. Other than that, their food was delicious and staffs were kind and friendly. My kid loved playing in the pool.

GGuest UserThe service was helpful and efficient particularly Paul. The bedroom 100 was an inner one with no window as such. But there was a window to a wall with 2 plants hanging down. It was a perfect place to sleep a bit like a cave in a way perfect just to sleep. As far as I could see there was only one elevator coming and going also to the roof bar. So there was a wait here. Stairs would have been preferred. The restaurant was fine too on the top floor with excellent views. Location excellent with close proximity to the lagoon for swimming and of course the esplanade.

GGuest UserThe apartment has a wide view, and the interior is also very spacious. There is a cleaner to change the sheets and clean the room every day, but you must pay attention‼ ️There are mosquitoes, be sure to close the screens!

Ssolo travellerEverything about this hotel is exceptional. The only downside was the room that I was given was on the top floor and the noise from either some sort of pump or the outside unit of the air condition was so overwhelming that I couldn't sleep well all night.
