Although it is far from the city center, there are many playgrounds, including three pools, so elementary school students can play all day. You can cook your own meals in the room, so I grilled some Aussie beef steaks I bought at the supermarket on the gas stove in the facility and ate them. You can get to the city center by bus, so you don't need a taxi. I would like to visit again.

XiaoxiaoxingyunjinliThe suite is excellent for families. It's spacious, with balconies in both the living room and bedroom. It directly overlooks the children's playground across the street, and you can enjoy views of the sea and sunrise. A kettle, microwave, and tableware are provided, but note there are no cooking utensils. The front desk staff were all very friendly. They provide bath towels at any time during your stay; whether you're heading out to the Great Barrier Reef, playing at the water park across the street, or using the public pool, you can always pick up fresh towels from the front desk. The popular cafe directly across the street offers a discount if you show your hotel key card. The bathroom is internal (without a window), and the beds are quite soft.

I stayed during my child's spring break.
First of all, you should not mistake it for understanding that this is not a hotel, but an apartment.
It's a very nice place if you can prepare your own things and buy them as needed.
Good access to Cairns shopping centers and major facilities, no problem with rental car parking spaces, the pool is only for guests, so you can use it almost for charter, and you can use the veranda freely. Above all, I liked the owner's friendly greeting and wanted to stay more.
We booked from the day before arrival because the flight from Japan was early in the morning, but we were able to tell us how to enter the room in advance by email, so we took a shower and rested and played well from the afternoon I was able to!
What I'm glad I brought with me was body soap and soft tissue, and what I wanted was a tephron-processed frying pan? I can't think of anything in particular ...
Basically, you can buy anything at the supermarket or the object shop opposite!
Have a nice trip!

It was larger and cleaner than I expected.
It's out of the city center, but I used Uber so it wasn't a big deal.
I was also pleased that a welcome drink was included.

Customer service here is the best we’ve had in Australia! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room, we were switched rooms with no bother at all - which was such a relief. Really reccomend if you’r staying in cairns ! Thank you!

The building is a little older but the staff do their best to keep it clean and tidy. We informed Mr Mike Scott of our room aircon condition and he immediately helped us to check and changed to another room #17 for us. Thank you so much. The accommodation provides everything that you will need for a family holidays from the pool, complete kitchen, to the laundry facilities. It is very convenient and accessible to all places via DiDi, Uber and public buses. Thank you Mr Mike Scott and team!

Guest UserWhen we arrived at the reception, the door was locked, and no one is at the counter. The gd thing was we were allowed to leave our luggage near the reception cabinet due to early arrival in the morning, while we went for our day tour. We are able to collect our key in their deposit box which is well arranged. Our luggages were carried to out room, which is considered a good service. Unfortunately. one of our luggage handle was damaged without informing us at all! TV is not working, and wifi is totally non-existence.

The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand.
Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses.
Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it.
The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck!
Will not go again.
