GGuest UserThe hotel environment is undeniably beautiful. We had a packed two-day itinerary, so we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy all the amenities, but the hotel breakfast was incredibly diverse. The hot spring area was also very comfortable and beautiful, with very few people around. The hotel's small forest and swings were great, and the blue hour was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the bathtub was perfect for a soak – they even provided disposable tub liners. Anything we needed was delivered promptly, and the butler service deserves a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love.

MM517835****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless, and the decor was superb. We had a super comfortable two-night stay. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and recommended so many beautiful spots for us to visit and take photos. There are even traditional Korean outfits (hanbok) in the lobby that you can try on! If you're coming to Changbai Mountain, you definitely have to stay here!

The bedding was soft and cozy, and the mattress had just the right amount of bounce, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The soundproofing was also superb, completely blocking out any outside noise. Furthermore, the room was fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet, an HD TV, and high-speed internet, meeting all my needs during the trip. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality, with plenty of hot water for showers. My stay here was absolutely perfect; everything was impeccable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I believe you'll fall in love with this hotel too.

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

Environment: Right outside is a rafting area, the surroundings are quiet and secluded, and it's a 15-minute taxi ride to Erdaobaihe Town. Cleanliness: Good.

The breakfast is delicious. They also provided VIP access to Changbai Mountain, avoiding long queues. Facilities: The facilities were generally good, but the water heater was unreliable, with inconsistent water temperature. Unlimited access to the hot springs was available during the stay, and there were also several outdoor pools.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
