Shenyang Hotels with Breakfast

The location is fantastic! It's right off the first alleyway from Shenyang Zhongjie, and downstairs is a snack street with all kinds of delicious food. Once you step out of the alley, you're on Shenyang Zhongjie, a famous pedestrian street throughout China. The hotel is also very close to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Mansion, both of which I walked to. The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The service is warm and attentive, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Even food deliveries can be brought right to your room. They really pay attention to the details, and I highly recommend it to friends. The room has a fully integrated smart assistant (Xiao Du), and it's close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. Definitely worth recommending! The WiFi was consistently fast throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the overall environment was comfortable. I highly recommend it to any traveler.

The room was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was the construction site outside the window. The hotel's location is fantastic, though. It's just a stone's throw from Shenyang North Station, making train travel incredibly convenient. For my afternoon train, the hotel even offered a buffet lunch (pretty similar to breakfast, but filling and clean). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

The hotel room size was decent, but there wasn't even a small sofa. Before showering, my partner and I had to sit uncomfortably on two separate chairs, with no other place to relax. The pool was terrible – tiny and murky. The hairdryer was incredibly noisy and ineffective; I'd recommend bringing your own if you need one. What was both annoying and laughable was the mini-bar setup: four bottles of Pure Water Joy on the left with no price tags, two Voss bottles on the right, each with a price tag of 28. Inside the fridge were several bottles of Pepsi, 7-Up, and Watson's soda water, none of which had price tags. So, of course, after checking out, I received a persistent call chasing me for the soda water cost, insisting they had labels. They also mentioned a pack of Oreo cookies in the fridge that also had no price tag. This isn't my first stay at a Marriott property, but this was by far the worst experience, no exceptions! It was also one of the two worst experiences during my trip to Shenyang. I will not be returning. The only redeeming factor was the room service attendant – thank you!

Stayed at the Swissôtel in Shenyang and I have to give a shout-out to Eric from the concierge team! I had a lot of luggage, and he proactively helped me carry it to my room. Check-in was also quick. I wasn't familiar with the area, and he patiently recommended attractions and good restaurants. He also helped coordinate a late check-out for me very smoothly. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with good transport links. The room was clean, spacious, and well-soundproofed, and the breakfast was excellent. Professional and attentive service, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making travel incredibly convenient. I specifically booked a room with a view in the villa area. After I got to the room, they contacted me again to say the air conditioner was leaking, so they wanted me to switch to a downstairs room. The downstairs room felt sunken, dark, and had no view at all. Later, I said I didn't want to switch, and another person said it was fixed yesterday and wouldn't leak! The view from the second floor is as shown in the picture! Also, I don't know if it's the location or an issue with the AC unit, but the outdoor unit makes a very loud buzzing sound, the AC inside the room buzzes, and it's even louder outside! I could hear the buzzing all night; it felt like several machines were right outside the door! The staff at the fish spa area (picture three) also had a very bad attitude! And the staff in the dining area asked for good reviews!

The location is great and transportation is very convenient! I was very happy to find a microwave! There's a projector, but it's almost invisible during the day. I think a regular TV would be better. The toilet's exhaust fan is broken. It would be helpful if it could be fixed soon.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient. It's within walking distance to the subway, and Zhongjie is right downstairs. You can even see the Forbidden City from afar, which is a nice bonus. The front desk service was also great – I didn't catch their name, but their attitude was excellent!
