Urumqi Hotels with Breakfast

My last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

This newly renovated hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. It's spotlessly clean, and there's a small night market and plenty of shopping nearby. Plus, they offer free parking and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Modern Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Urumqi during the May Day holiday – a no-brainer choice! ✅ It's under the InterContinental brand, so reliable, and the location near the high-speed rail station makes getting around super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with full amenities, and the service was warm and attentive. Having both breakfast and late-night snacks was a double dose of happiness, and the value for money was incredible! Perfect for any trip during the May Day holiday. I was won over after just one stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The public areas are clean and tidy, and there's a self-service laundry room. Parking is also hassle-free for guests arriving by car. The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Whether for a vacation or a short business trip, this is a highly recommended hotel in Urumqi, and I will definitely book it again on my next visit.
