"The hotel is located in a very old house, giving it a medieval castle feel. Breakfast was excellent with dedicated service, and the rooms were very clean. The toiletries were a British brand with an elegant scent. However, the shower area was too small, and it only had a shower curtain, so the floor was soaked after showering."

"The hotel reception staff explained the hotel to us in fluent English, so we had no complaints about the service. The hotel does have an elevator, but it's old-fashioned and somewhat scary (because it doesn't have automatic doors on the inside). Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Given the unusually hot summers caused by global warming, they should consider installing one. In fact, the day we stayed, the daytime high reached 34°C (we were looking for coolness on our summer trip to Switzerland!), so we had to go outside to kill time."

"The room was clean and spacious. I entered the correct information during self-check-in, but it was rejected several times. Since there was no receptionist, I had to figure it out on my own, wasting a lot of time. It's about a 20-minute walk from the nearest train station, feeling like a mountain climb. Dragging my suitcase along the way was extremely difficult. Furthermore, I was subjected to discriminatory remarks and behavior from a white person in a bar along the way; the surrounding area is not very safe. While I suppose it's unavoidable if you're looking for cheap accommodation in Switzerland (17,000 yen per night), I wouldn't stay there again."
