"Excellent attention to detail in the room with stunning interiors that complement the nature of the environment. Artwork and furniture are beautifully selected. Peaceful and quiet with a spacious bathroom that makes you feel like you're in a natural springs resort. The TV moves from the lounge room with one neat swivel to the bedroom. Comfortable bed with high end linen. Luxury with a lovely kitchenette that provides everything you would require to cook most meals. The gardens are stunning, and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Excellent location set away from the busy shopping precinct. The hosts are exceptional, welcoming and eager to provide you with information about the local surrounds. An exceptional experience of relaxation for couples."

"Beautiful park but very poor facilities. Many powered sites have no sullage option. Grey water is allowed to run down the hill into the creek. Or down the hill onto sites below. Some sites have the sullage pit uphill so grey water runs out over the road. Nothing worse than walking through people's kitchen waste. Street lighting is not working in many areas, roads are potholed and uneven. The bins are huge and not emptied enough, the smell is overpowering. You need to be well over 5 foot tall just to open the lid. Toilets aren't cleaned enough. Rubbish is just swept out the door and onto the ground outside. "

"We loved every minute of our stay. Waking up to the mountain and treetop views was extra special. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony and found the accommodation super cosy with everything we needed. Close to town but so peaceful and quiet at night. We would love to return again. "Beautiful large deck catering for a lot of people. We had a very large group with dogs & it suited the group. Was very hot in the sun till it went down behind the mountain, some of our group had to move tables. The food was very small serves ( whole group) and was expensive for what it was. I had the beef cheese burger & there was more chips than burger. For $27 I didn't expect to come away still hungry. Others had the steak which was $41 and also left hungry. Haven't been for 2 years but was very disappointed."

"Hotel location is good, just near Bright in Mount Beauty, , convenient for travel, there is a washing dryer and kitchen, plus an outdoor BBQ stove. Because it is a country hotel, the room inevitably has a little smell and mosquitoes."
