Everything was perfect!!! The service at the reception, the service at breakfast. The best place to stay , everything was reachable by feet....

The best thing about the hotel was the location in the old town. The hotel itself was OK but I was possibly expecting little better for the price. My only specific issue was the bathroom which really needed an update, in particular the shower box which is quite small. The shower floor and the general bathroom floors are really slippery, verging on dangerous (in my opinion)

Nice and safe , very clean place

Highly disappointed due the poor efforts from the front desk on everything. It seems the team is just trained to do the basic and avoid going beyond expectations. Problem with the deposit: blame the guest. Request to change a room: ignored without not even checking their system for availability. Call Center: never a clear answer. Facilities are fine, location is fine, but service needs to be highly improved.

Great place for our first trip ever to Romania. Perfect location, restaurants all around and easy access to the city center. The hotel is simple in the features, but very clean and very well arranged in all the details.

Really nice staff especially front desk and morning breakfast. However facilities could do with some upgrading especially the carpets (fully flat) and the aircon. We were there during really hot summer and it took a long while (like hours) before the temperature could come down to a reasonable cool level/

We really liked the hotel, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned twice, the cleanliness is impeccable, there is a grabber for clothes, it is very convenient, especially for skiers, but there is nowhere to dry clothes, there are no radiators in the room and very narrow beds, single beds, it is inconvenient that you need to reserve the SPA every day in the hotel and a table for dinner, the food is very tasty, as befits haute cuisine, very small portions and an appropriate price, 2 times more expensive than a nearby restaurant nearby. Transfer to the ski lift in a Mercedes, very good upon request! The staff is great! Thanks for the vacation!

The location of the hotel is very good. In the old town. It is surrounded by well-known scenic spots in Bucharest (except the Arc de Triomphe is a bit far). It is recommended to choose rooms on both sides instead of the dark room in the middle (the windows of the fewer rooms in the middle are towards the lobby)

The hotel left a good impression. True, the window looked into the courtyard of the hotel and people were moving outside the window, maybe this is the "room with a view" ??? The food in the restaurant is very tasty and there is enough of it on the "buffet", if not very enough and it is for every taste :). I didn’t use the mini bar, and I didn’t quite understand why I was asked to pay two lei with a penny, maybe for soap and shampoo ???
