Big room and clean. Good location in the city center and nearby/walkable to the plaza major public square.

Nice place.everything is close.just music was loud .you can hear it.but all in all it is nice and budget friendly

Location, location, location. Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage. The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep. Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch. Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space. We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Check-in was simple, but the room was different from the photos, with poor finishes. The location is relatively close to the obelisk, but at night I didn't feel safe walking there because the streets are empty. There's a nightclub nearby; around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, there were a lot of young people and teenagers leaving the club. It's not very quiet; cars pass by in the early hours of the morning, honking for some reason. For a single night, just to sleep and leave early, it might be worth it, but I wouldn't stay longer.

На выходных очень шумно под окнами. Рядом клуб и, начиная с 2 часов ночи - движ молодежи. Потом они начинают разъезжаться по домам и на улице образовывается пробка. В которой все сигналят и ругаются. Это продолжается до 7 утра . Так что не планируете высыпаться тут в выходные, присоединяйтесь к тусовкам!)

Comfortable accommodation. Good location. Clean. Good shower. Very firm pillows. The only downside is that they still haven't returned the deposit they asked for, and they aren't responding to my messages.

A real shame... The previous year I had stayed in a studio in the Belgrano building and it was a great experience. In September 2024 I decided to rent in Barrio Norte and I never imagined I would find what I found. The apartment was very good sized but so poorly maintained! Zero maintenance and zero cleanliness. The bathroom was disgusting. Also unsafe: an easily accessible first floor and windows without locks easy to open from the outside. Adding to the initial shock was the moment I went to bed: I had to remake the bed since the horrible sheets were too small, which is why they came loose from the mattress. To my surprise, I found a huge kitchen knife between the mattress and the box spring.

The photos bear no resemblance to the actual room. The actual room is notable for its cigarette smell, stains on the bedding and towels, and significant cleaning challenges. The worst part is that they have automatic confirmation but no automatic response, so I had to book another hotel due to the lack of response at night. The staff were arrogant and lacked any empathy.
