"The best personnel ever , my credit card are blocked at the moment of ordering taxi, so I was really late to the airport without any money to order new taxi and one of the ladies on reception made for me post paid booking , and they saved my life otherwise I would loose like 1.5K euro. "Very mixed evaluation. The hotel is good and very well located, however: - the staff is not often there. We told Maria at reception that our mini-bar was not cooling. Answer, a mini-bar does not cool. We of course had two rooms and in the other, it was completely cold, even too cold. By moving the electrical outlet, it worked. It was reported but no one ever came. - room cards that didn't work three times. Every time we pass, we are told that this happens and the third time, we are told that it is because the tourist tax is not paid. Ironically, we went to reception twice to do this but were told later. - incredible noise in the hotel. The hotel receives groups of young teenagers and they are hellish, we couldn't really sleep until 1-2am. - if you want to reach the reception, pray that your room is with the new facilities. My daughter got a new room and we got a less new one. The telephone did not work and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done. Otherwise the hotel is good, comfortable, the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We hesitated with the Seaview and ultimately regretted it. Despite the hotel's good points, we won't be coming back there again, that's for sure."

"The simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly."

"Very spacious and clean. Staff is not always on site (a lot of automated replies via chat) but otherwise they were very helpful. Location is close to transport (10min walk) but not much else cose to the flat. Works well as a hub to travel around Malta. A few notes: Be sure to request on demand heating in advance, if required. I visited late March and it was a bit cold at night. The hot water on the shower runs out quickly for some reason, but I was alone and didn’t suffer much from that. No amenities included, but a few small grocery shops at walking distance."

"Excellent! The best hotel I stayed in during this trip through 7-8 countries! The space was large, and the bedroom wasn't very noisy at night with the door closed (although the main door wasn't very soundproof, the interior doors were). The large refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and air conditioning (though a standard one, it had both heating and cooling functions) were all great. The stove was very hot, much more powerful than those in hotels with kitchens! There was also a free rooftop bath one day (although we weren't interested in that). Nothing was broken, the bathroom didn't leak, and there were charging ports near the beds that could hold iPads. Some rooms had universal sockets. Unlike many self-service hotels, this hotel didn't require you to leave your trash outside your room for collection… Although you had to replenish some necessities yourself, it was still better value than other hotels I've stayed in. The washing machine was in a small corner room opposite the balcony, without a dryer, but they provided an outdoor clothes rack. If you want to buy groceries and cook, there's a small supermarket a few steps away, and a larger supermarket, an Asian supermarket, and a fruit and vegetable shop within 300 meters. The owner was very welcoming, coming to the room to arrange a time to meet you and explaining everything, even giving us free chocolate and wine! The biggest drawback might be that you have to take a taxi to get to famous tourist attractions? Note: Check-out time at the hotel is 10 AM, unlike most others!"

"Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: This luxury hotel brand is renowned for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Guests often comment on the friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room they gave us was not good enough, it looks like aback-up room when the hotel is almost fully booked. No towels in the room. The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile. I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive. I highly recommend it."
