MM24484****Checked in around 10:30 pm on the 28th of the ***** year. The front desk was very welcoming and gave two breakfast coupons. The bed was very comfortable. I actually only slept for six hours and was woken up by my wife's alarm clock. Breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The mutton soup and cold dishes were good. The steamed buns and fried eggs were average. I used the washing machine and dryer, made tea, and watched a Persian class on the screen. By the way, southerners coming to the north can't stand the heat of the heater. I can only open the window, otherwise it's very hot 😉 Checked out before noon. The front desk gave me a bag of souvenirs, peanuts, melon seeds and apples, which was quite interesting

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying stay. There is a parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving.
The facilities are very complete, especially the rubber bands for tying hair are thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom is separated and very convenient to use. The room has a smart butler, which is easy to use. It is equipped with a USB charging port, and multiple devices can be charged without conflict. The bedside night light is well designed.
The sanitation is good, and the lobby and room are clean and tidy.
The hotel environment is OK. There is square dance or something downstairs at night. The music is very loud and the sound insulation is slightly poor. But it is very quiet when sleeping. There are many places to eat around, and it is not far from the Baotou Museum.
The service is great. I added the service WeChat at the front desk and sent the check-in information. If you have any questions, you can consult at any time.

GGuest UserTraveling to the old chain, this time the customer recommended to try this, unexpected surprise! The lobby is very design, unlike traditional hotels, more like high-end cafes. The room is absolutely soundproof! I can't hear the meeting next door, the mattress support is super good, and the waist is not sour until dawn. The little girl at the front desk was super efficient and helped me print the documents and pointed to the delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is very affordable and tastes great. It's right to choose this for business trips, much better than the cold chain.

GGuest UserI needed a break temporarily, and I chose this hourly room, but it turned out to be really hot!
1. The front desk service is too bad:
• It’s been almost two hours since I checked out, and I didn’t see the shadow of the deposit! If it weren’t for writing a bad review before leaving the store, I took a look at the payment treasure and didn’t refund it! I ran to ask myself, and then I was grinding back to me. Co-author, I don’t ask, just forget it?
• Anus to get home! I asked if I could send it for half an hour, and it was fixed to 6 o'clock (it was half an hour more!), and the front desk did not lift the eyelids and threw a ”no” directly. Your home is going to close down after half an hour of room rate?
• Make up the difference and get killed pigs? When I checked out, I thought about making up the money and continuing to be an overnight room. As a result, the price difference given by the front desk was 10 yuan more expensive than my new one night booking on the spot in Trip.com ! This operation is really confusing to get home, and co-authors hard cut old guests as stews? I'm really not afraid of losing business!
2. Rooms and equipment:
• Old and noisy! The room layout and equipment are very old at first glance. The most terrible thing is that the sound insulation is equal to no! Next door seems to have opened a chess and card room, ”the squatting” ”the laughter and laughter” is endless, sleep? Dream! Finally, the next door stopped, and the corridor did not know whether it was cleaning or who. ”Dangdangdang” was like a symphony. Is the soundproofing paper? Can you cover your head with a pillow all the way.
• The only pass point: The room is big enough and bright enough. Unfortunately, this advantage is completely crushed into scum in front of the noise and the front desk.
Summary: Spend money to buy gas! The front desk service attitude is blunt, the work is shirked, the rules are rigid, and the price is messy. In addition to this bad sound insulation, sleeping is simply a luxury. I will never come again, and I also advise everyone to detour! The bad review is not wrong!

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!
