My three days at Xilamuren Star Campsite were honestly one of the highlights of my trip. Jiaohongjun, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I gor into the car with him. He also took the time to show me around the grasslands and answer all my questions along the way. The yurt was clean, very comfortable and in prestine condition. I really enjoyed my stay, the time we spend together and your hospitality. I would happily come back again!

I went to the front desk to check in, but the air conditioner was not turned on. I was sweating from the heat. They told me that the air cooler was on, but it made a sound like a tractor and it wasn't cool at all. Merchants, please be more careful. Small hotels all have air conditioners, but such a good hotel is wasted. Can your boss afford to open a hotel but not afford air conditioning? The hotel's soundproofing is also poor, the service is pretty good, the girl serving tea and water, it seemed like their manager even apologized to me, but I have to give this bad review. It was such a hot day, 37 degrees, and when I went in I only heard the roar of hauling garbage. I was speechless. I won't come back again. It's not a good experience.

This stay was perfect! From the warm and considerate staff at the front desk when checking in, to the warm and elegant room layout, every detail shows the care. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel and travel is convenient. The hotel can also help with laundry, which is great and convenient! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

The hotel is in a good location, eating is very convenient, the service staff is very good, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, the mattress is very comfortable, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet, and the view is very good.

I booked the room as shown in the picture. It has an elevator, complete facilities, and sanitation is OK, but the service is average. I thought there were not enough slippers and asked if I could get an extra pair, but was refused.

開酒店位置非常好，在老城。酒店有院內停車場。對面就是人民公園，很熱鬧，特別表揚的是。該酒店寵物友好，也可以帶狗狗入住，但是狗狗要乖哦。前台工作人員很熱情，尤其是保潔工作人員特別盡職盡責，我們走時候落下的耳機及時聯繫我們，回去取了，再次特別感謝。而且房間打掃的特別乾淨，讓人入住非常舒服。 另外設施確實老舊了，房間也小，最多15平方米，尤其是洗手間洗澡的時候不敢伸胳膊伸腿，生怕撞壞了玻璃，讓人擔驚受怕哈哈哈哈哈哈。

I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. The freshly made hand-pulled mutton and salty milk tea are authentic and delicious, offering exceptional value. For an immersive nomadic experience, this grassland accommodation is highly recommended!

The environment here is beautiful, the air is fresh, and visiting the grasslands is indeed a great choice. The yurts here appear to be the largest in the area. There are many tourists, and the service is excellent. The ethnic characteristics are quite good; the yurts are beautifully decorated, and the various entertainment options are very interesting. I'll definitely come back to experience the grasslands again next time.
