The air conditioner only has cold air, and all toiletries are not available, and the sound insulation is poor

The hotel looks good with its Mayan theme the only thing I did not like is that the chambermaids do not respect one's privacy
And the rooms will open if no consent of the guest

The property is run down and has seen better days. The room smelled musty but got better once the AC was on. There is no value for your money except that the staff are knowledgeable and went over and beyond to make the stay a pleasant one. Too bad the building doesn't match the high standards of it's personnel. The area felt safe, ADO bus terminal was close by and there were many dining choices near by.

First room I got had ants in the sink/bathroom so I had to Change room and get another.
The other room was better but after the first room had ants in it i didn't feel so comfortable at the other room.
Also The breakfast had no buffe and you had to wait 10-15 minutes for breakfast and order it.

The hotel was clean and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa. We both had hot rock massage. The front desk staff were very helpful in getting information about taxis and buses.
The TV in the room was an old tube style TV you can only get Mexican channels and you cannot connect With your tablet to watch English movies and YouTube.
There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. We bought a cooler box and bought ice.
We would gladly stay again.
The restaurants nearby are reasonably priced and good. The hotel is close to the R1 bus For going to the beach. It is also close to ADO.
