We were generally satisfied with the hotel from the front desk reception, and the hotel catering service was also very good, but the room facilities were old and the pillows were of poor quality. But this is just our personal suggestion. To be honest, the beauty of the Azores is not only due to its unique advantages, but also from the high quality of the local people. From everywhere we went, we could feel that this is a safe, friendly and beautiful island.

As every time I come here, I am very well received by both the receptionists and the cleaning ladies who are always ready to help. The entire apartment is impeccable, with a very pleasant smell and cleanliness.

I didn't like the service provided by the reception staff at all. The first sentence, in an arrogant tone, was that they only speak Portuguese. The cafeteria opens at 10am, so if you want to have a coffee before leaving it's complicated. The sauna and Turkish bath weren't working and the rooms were average, I don't think it's a 4-star hotel.

Very good service and very large apartments, very good option to visit Ponta Delgada
