"I went there for the Kunlun scenery, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate! Little did I know this was just the beginning of my misfortune. The hotel staff and service were absolutely terrible. The car was filthy when they picked me up from the airport—okay, I can understand that because of the weather. Then, because it was an electric vehicle, the journey was long and the battery died—okay, I can understand that too. Then, when they cleaned the room, they didn't change the towels or wash the kettle—okay, I can understand that due to cultural differences. The next day, it rained, and when I wanted to go out, the hotel said they didn't have a car and I couldn't go out—okay, I can understand that too. On the third day, I finally got to go out, but there was a huge discrepancy between what the manager had arranged and what was actually done. I don't even want to talk about the last day; I just don't understand. Even if the manager and head chef tried their best, it was all in vain! We had to pay an extra 2500 yuan for the transportation during the trip. It was frustrating! If you're coming to see the scenery, you can come, but if the hotel is free, I wouldn't stay here."
