"The situation was super. But it was also with it. The roller hangers closed nift well, so I had the whole night light in my face precisely. Castle if you can call it like that, once rightly hit and the lock would have been shut off. The bed and frozen washing was muffled. The box was full of decks, etc. There were 2 nights there and room cleaning was not available. The entrance door was set on the floor that you almost didn't open and push the door. And the worst thing, when the door went up, a strong waste water smell came to pass. And that at this price, let it be better"

"Hesse hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception. When first getting here there was little advice or help with anything . Bar was not open no food was being sold . Breakfast. Choice of breakfast was egg or hotdog sausages no bacon very poor selection of continental choices tinned fruit at best . When ask for bacon or something told there isn't any and shunned away. Having stayed here for 4 days in a room with no Internet never cleaned even though requested had to chase for clean towels . Staff make you feel terrible everything is hassle for them. There are better hotels around the area for a similar price after talking to people . Please dont spoil your holiday by staying here ."
