""It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ekant. The staff's behavior and service were truly exceptional, especially Nikhil and Mr. Lucky, who were independently managing the entire hotel operations with great efficiency. "We had been to chails Hamlet resort for 2 nights 3 days we where 3 couples It was an amazing stay they gave us an room upgrade food , service, staff , cleanliness bang on must visit as we where vegetarian ( food ) amazing 8 th to 10 th may"

"We had the best experience at this place. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms and amenities were top notch. The staff at this hotel Mainly Mr. Ghanshyam & Mr. Verma were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Stay Happy with best service"

"The location was good, on the main road, not too far from the market and places to visit in chail. Calm environment and view from balcony. Rooms were hygienic, no issues with safety as well. Local sightseeing services are available at extra cost. Few things can be improved, toiletries included basic things, however on request toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers were provided(it would be better to include them in basic kit. Breakfast options were having variety and good in taste. Room service is also fine, however it can be slightly swift. The behavior of the staff was polite. Parking is also available. Non availability of lift can be an issue for some."

"The rooms are smelly and feel like moulds. The staff is not available to help in parking. They spoil t the checkout experience by making the car stack park behind and then did not had the keys to allow us to leave. Pathetic experience."
