The hotel and staff are high quality. Very clean, and comfortable. What we didn't realize is that the hotel sits adjacent to a truck stop which wasn't an issue but the property is very out of the way. Couldn't really walk anywhere. That is just a personal preference for us while on vacation.

The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast in the mornings was great but could have used another person to help keep up with the demand. We stayed 3 nights.

There was a noisy semi truck with a refrigerator trailer parked outside my room all night. And the beds were very hard.

Nice room layouts super comfy beds! The room was not super clean we found some left over trash and hair. There was also a used K-Cup in the ready to use coffee tree. And no towels at the pool. The breakfast was good the staff was nice.

Employees are great! The pool was inside, and is “heated”but they have the AC blasting in the pool so it was cold. We have kiddos and we couldn’t swim for long. When we asked they said they have to for moisture, and that’s fine but it was too cold for our small children. Rooms have so much space and it was so nice with kids to have a kitchen little living area. Would stay again for the rooms. Would love if the pool could be warmer.

I checked in late in the night. When I went to my room someone was already in my room. I backed out very quickly and apologetically. I returned to the desk to complain and they checked on the room and found that the previous occupant had not actually left. While they got me a different room, I was left fairly concerned. Clearly the room was not checked and cleaned properly as well as the safety issue involved in having someone unknown waiting in the room.

We encountered challenges receiving proper bedding for the pull out. Breakfast was discontinued before the specified time. Frustrating. Very loud semis at night from the truck stop located directly behind hotel.

Staff was attentive and positive customer service. Was disappointed I had to request the room to be cleaned 3 times before it was cleaned. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Bed was comfy and liked the breakfast. Shower head was so high that i couldn’t reach it to modify it. I thought the price was high
