Four Points Hotels in Changsha

Came to Changsha for training and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Changsha Tianxin. Cheng Hui from the housekeeping department paid a special visit and presented me with a carefully crafted small flower basket, which soothed my mood. She also asked me about my experience during my stay. It can be seen that Xie Wenyan from the customer service department cleaned the room with special care. The facilities and equipment in the room were also good. Manager Cheng noticed that we were two ladies traveling together, and specially added disposable toilet paper and a hair dryer for us. The towels were convenient to use, which was very considerate. Thank you very much for the attentive service of the sisters in the housekeeping department. Next time I come back to Changsha, I will give priority to this hotel!

The service attitude here is great, the hotel style is unique, the facilities are complete and the lobby is spacious. It is really a treasure hotel. Cathy and Manager Luo are warm and thoughtful in service. The environment is clean and elegant. The location is very convenient. Leo helps deliver items very quickly. It's great. I highly recommend it.
