Checking in was a breeze. The location is fantastic, right by Wuyi Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. All the popular attractions are within easy reach, so you don't have to worry about staying out late. The two spacious beds are also perfect for a girls' getaway. It's wonderful to just grab some snacks, hang out in the room, and listen to music!

The room was great, and the location is absolutely fantastic! You're just a short walk downstairs from Taiping Street, Wuyi Square, and IFS. The room itself is spacious and bright, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. All the facilities are excellent.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my first stay at a Loft hotel! The duplex design made the room feel incredibly homely and unique. It was spotless, cozy, and I had a wonderfully restful sleep. The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. I'd definitely love to stay here again on my next trip! 🥹🥹🥹

The hotel I booked for my family offered great service and boasted an excellent location. It's situated right off Taiping Street, by the Xiang River, close to the subway station, and Hisense Plaza is also conveniently nearby. Overall, the location is truly prime. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. First, the accommodation is essentially a guesthouse-style unit located within an apartment building, which made it a little challenging to locate. Second, my family mentioned that the sound insulation from the adjacent nightclub at night wasn't very effective, leading to some noise.

The room was really lovely, and we appreciated the theme. It's super close to the pedestrian street, so we could just pop downstairs to explore and grab food. The service was excellent; they were always quick to respond to anything we needed. Plus, the room itself was very spacious and sparkling clean.

An excellent value-for-money hotel that came highly recommended in travel guides. It's conveniently located close to all the main attractions; the IFC and various pedestrian streets are all just about a 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are also very patient when answering questions, and the service is truly exceptional.

The loft boasts a unique design and incredibly efficient use of space. The night market is just a 5-minute walk downstairs, offering endless delicious food to indulge in. Housekeeping cleans the room daily. The front desk staff are very helpful, always available 24/7, and respond quickly. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha. Highly recommended!

The upstairs bedroom is quiet and private, while the downstairs living room is spacious, making it perfect for small gatherings with friends. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with a bustling snack street just a few steps away. The staff provided excellent service. It's also equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine, and each room has its own individual air conditioning – a really great bonus. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity!

Regarding the apartment, I was pleased that my request for a quiet room was acknowledged (👍). It's a loft with two rooms, but one of them lacks a separate door and window. Only having one AC remote was a minor inconvenience. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, though the shower area was a bit dim and the door was difficult to open. For extended stays, customer service would proactively ask if we wanted cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch as they wouldn't just enter unannounced. The most satisfying aspect was the incredibly convenient location. You can walk across the street to Wenheyou. Turning left and walking straight leads directly to Pozi Street (and Beierlou). Continuing straight past the intersection on your left brings you to Taiping Old Street, known for its huge selection of snacks. In summary, several popular 'internet-famous' spots are nearby, and getting a taxi is also very convenient.

Our room was a loft apartment, beautifully designed and feeling incredibly spacious and bright! Both kids absolutely loved it. We enjoyed direct river views from the hallway, and with two large beds, it perfectly accommodated our family of five. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully laid out. Its location is truly superb – right next to Hisense Plaza, just across a small lane, which makes everything incredibly convenient. It's a very short walk to IFS and Wuyi Square for shopping and exploration, and even closer to the riverside for a lovely stroll. The service was excellent. Highly recommend! ❤️

The hotel boasts excellent, modern facilities. It features a well-designed layout with two beds upstairs and a downstairs area for leisure and entertainment, effectively separating active and quiet zones. It also comes equipped with a washing machine and a refrigerator, making it perfect for a family of three or four. Located right downstairs are Pozi Street and Taiping Street, which connect directly to Huangxing Pedestrian Street. Du Fu Jiang Ge Pavilion and Orange Isle are also conveniently situated just across the road. Getting to Yuelu Academy takes only three subway stops, highlighting the area's excellent and comprehensive transportation network.

The hotel boasts a superb downtown location, placing it within easy reach of numerous large shopping malls and popular attractions such as Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, Wuyi Square, IFS International Finance Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Wenheyou, and Du Fu Jiang Ge. The subway station is also just a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and it was exactly the room type we preferred. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It was raining on our check-in day, and a staff member from the front desk kindly came out to the parking lot to pick us up.

Absolutely loved my stay in the Loft room at Changsha Xingchen Garden Hotel! The room's unique two-story layout was fantastic, offering separate spaces for quiet sleep upstairs and comfortable activity downstairs without any disturbance. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed linens were very soft, and they provided a full range of toiletries. Although breakfast wasn't included, there's a wide variety of delicious food options nearby, and the location is super convenient for getting around. Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

🛏️ The sleep experience here was incredibly restorative! I was pleasantly surprised that the loft's upper level managed to fit a 1.8m king-size bed. The latex mattress offered perfect support, and the soundproof windows completely shut out any noise. Even I, a light sleeper who usually struggles to sleep in new beds, fell asleep instantly. 📦 The concierge service was exceptionally thoughtful! They called a day in advance to confirm our itinerary, helped me collect a package, and even presented us with a hand-drawn food map. What’s more, even the cherry tomatoes in the fruit platter were heart-shaped! 🥰
