It is always our priority to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay, and we regret that we were not aware of your concerns during your time with us: had we known, we would have done our best to assist you in every way possible.Regarding the Wi-Fi, for example, we would have been happy to troubleshoot the issue or provide you with a portable router for a more stable connection.As for breakfast, which is usually highly appreciated by our international guests for its quality, variety, and the attentiveness of our staff, we would have gladly discussed your preferences with our breakfast team to better accommodate your needs.We would also like to highlight that all our staff members speak at least English, ensuring clear communication with all our guests.Furthermore, unless it is outrageous and offensive to staff and other guests, we believe that every review, regardless of the platform it is posted on and whether it is positive or negative, deserves our full respect—as well as the respect of those who read it.
