The service staff is friendly and the infrastructure is complete. It is very close to the Happy World Park next to it. The big circus is very international and very beautiful. It is next to Taihu Ancient Town. I recommend everyone to visit during the off-season

We took our kids to Dragon Dream before school started, and chose the Dragon Dream Happy World Hotel for its convenience. The room was generally good, though the walls had a few stains, suggesting the overall cleanliness could be improved. Our housekeeper, Xiao Jing, was incredibly helpful and provided advice and assistance. Thank you so much! We also saw the Grand Circus, the town fireworks show, the Iron Flower Show, a cabaret performance, and the Animal World. It was a great experience!

The hotel is beautiful, and our housekeeper, Xiaojing, is fantastic and attentive! She took care of every detail, highly recommended! You can even see the fireworks from the ancient town from the hotel balcony! It's also right next to the Grand Circus and the Animal World, making it a convenient place for children!

I accidentally booked the wrong room. I called the hotel and the staff was very friendly, offering suggestions and helping me rebook. The hotel environment was okay. During check-in, the front desk staff enthusiastically explained the attractions and even arranged a housekeeper. I have to give a thumbs up to our housekeeper, Xiaojing. She was incredibly nice and thoughtful. I was also very pleased with the room's location. From the balcony, I could see Water World across the street and Taihu Ancient Town, offering a beautiful night view.

We arrived early, and the rooms weren't available yet. We used the complimentary room ticket and checked our luggage in before heading out to explore. Our housekeeper, Xiaojing, was incredibly helpful. She checked us into our room as soon as it was available, and when we returned from our visit, we didn't even have to go to the front desk; we simply got our room card from the housekeeper. It was so convenient. This was my first time at Dream Dragon, and the housekeeper was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had, promptly attending to our needs, and even giving us a small gift when we left. This trip was excellent, whether it was for accommodation, entertainment, or transportation.

Our housekeeper, Xiaojing, was fantastic! The service was attentive, the room was spacious, and the bed was big enough. [August 9-9/28] Stay and receive complimentary tickets for two to Taihu Ancient Town. The show was fantastic.

There were large clumps of dirty lint next to the bed, cobwebs in the air conditioner vents, and leftover toiletries from the previous guests in the bathroom. For over a thousand yuan, I was surprised to find a hotel like this. The hotel offered to upgrade my room next time. People are so speechless that they can actually laugh. The hotel rooms and facilities are good, and the double bed in the parent-child room also meets the children's expectations. The hotel butler Lai Dongdong reminded us of all the activities in a timely manner and provided thoughtful service without missing any. On the last day, I left early and the hotel even helped pack breakfast. However, the configuration and process of the surrounding entertainment facilities still need to be improved, especially during national holidays when there are many people visiting the park, the experience is not good enough.

The room is located so you can directly see the fireworks show in the ancient town without having to go to the crowded site. The hotel is next to the zoo, the pedestrian entrance is a few hundred meters away, but you have to take a detour to get to the car area. The biggest problem here is that there is no smoke exhaust for breakfast. The whole breakfast on the two floors is filled with a huge smell of oil smoke. After the meal, the whole body is full of oil smoke, which is very painful. In addition, there is no coffee machine in the hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai... I really don’t understand it, and no coffee shop opens before 9 o’clock... Adults feel bad, but kids are happy

First of all, the room was upgraded for free ✌🏻 I didn't expect to be able to upgrade the room during holidays. Although Dongdong thoughtfully provides the best viewing spots for fireworks and water shows, it is too difficult to set off fireworks in the crowded ancient town during holidays. When I came back, I was surprised to find that I could watch the fireworks from the balcony of my room, which was really great! Secondly, the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, Ice and Snow World and the Zoo, and a little distance from the ancient town and the beautiful Taihu Lake. It is very suitable for living with children. You can get up early to visit the zoo, come back to catch up on sleep during the hottest time of the day, and watch the circus during off-peak hours. It is very convenient! Finally, I would like to give special praise to the housekeeper Dongdong. Responsive, proactive, and considerate, they ensured a perfect trip for us.
