I couldn't find a parking space at night. I contacted the hotel staff but they were perfunctory. They came out to find a place for me and left. The car is so wide and the parking space is so narrow. There are pillars and bushes all around. Can't the relevant staff see that the parking environment is poor? If a customer has trouble parking, shouldn't you follow and watch over him until he parks his car? If you just leave the customer behind, then just ignore him. This attitude is not what a chain should have. It's so narrow and there are obstacles all around. How can I get out of the car if I park it? I can jump out from the window. Service is problematic and not in place"
