"The hotel is really cool. I loved it. Very clean, well organized, robots bring you food to your room, near metro station, near the pedestrian area, is in a perfect location. The girl in the lobby reception are super friendly and they will help you in anyway possible. Remember to ask for your free welcome cocktail 😉. Jing made me mine and it was delicious. She was wonderful. Help me out with all the questions I had about transportation, restaurants and guidance in general. She and all her colleagues are doing an amazing job. "SEE PICTURES BELOW TO FIND THE HOTEL! When I arrived it was dark and heavy rain. I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

"The room was spacious with large, clear floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view. The cleanliness was impressive; even the shelves and the balcony's table and chairs were spotless. They've also put soundproofing strips under the room door, which worked well (though nothing can block out the sound of gongs and drums outside the window in the morning!). The hotel is located right by the Xiang River. To get to your room, it's easiest to take elevators 6 or 7 (the outside of the building doesn't have very clear signage, so I got a little lost finding it the first time). It's about a 10-minute walk to Peiyuan Bridge metro station and 13 minutes to Wenchanggge metro station. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding alleys, with many options for noodles in the morning, and lively barbecue and crayfish spots in the evening."

"The hotel butler contacted us a day in advance to ask if we had any special requests for the room. They tried their best to accommodate all our needs, arranging rooms on the same floor. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a bathtub, sofa, and refrigerator, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a good showerhead. There was a slight incident at the restaurant on check-out day regarding my child's breakfast, which was handled a bit too seriously. However, after I reported it to the butler, it was promptly resolved, so overall, it was still a good experience."

"Our stay at the Changsha Marco Hotel was excellent overall! The location is superb, right above IFS (International Finance Square), with direct access to the mall from the 3rd floor, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We booked a family room, which was decorated cutely and cozily, and our child absolutely loved it. The cleaning staff were very friendly and meticulous, doing a fantastic job, and even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The only minor drawback is that food delivery can't come directly to the room, making pickup a bit inconvenient. However, for a trip, this place offers great value for money."

"The hotel is very close to the Arts Center station. Don't follow your GPS; it will take you on a long detour. I recommend walking along the river from the bridge; it's much shorter. When I arrived, the front desk immediately offered us ice jelly, which was very refreshing. The service was also very enthusiastic. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was very clean and quiet. They even offered free desserts in the evening. Overall, it was a great experience. Though, this was my first time experiencing a hotel power outage, which was quite an experience!"

"Whenever I come to Changsha, I always choose this hotel. Overall, it's excellent. As a Trip.com member, I get a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM. They offer Hanfu for photo ops, laundry service, and afternoon tea. The front desk even has a lemon sprite tea station, and everything tastes great. It's right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Yuelu Mountain and Yuelu Academy. Highly recommend!"
