"Location is excellent, staff service is friendly and helpful. I like the Italian restaurant downstairs with really good selections of Italian foods and suits me to grab something nice in between meetings particularly for the past week, the weather in Hsinchu was awful and with only 1 hour between my evening calls, it is a convenient place to enjoy something nice without braving the heavy rain outside. Price is very good for the quality of food I get."

"The location is super convenient, with lots of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting us in choosing a room with a good deal. The hotel also thoughtfully provides parking. We'll definitely be staying here again."

"I have to say, using Trip.com is incredibly cost-effective! My child had an exam in Hsinchu, so I booked a room through Trip.com in advance. The Trip Coins I'd accumulated helped discount part of the room rate. The hotel was very thoughtful, giving us a quiet room on a high floor. They also arranged a shuttle service to take guests to the exam venue. This alone deserves huge praise; it was so considerate! Since we had to leave by 7:00 AM, they even provided a simple breakfast to go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hsinchu."

"The room felt clean. It was big for suitcases as well. The reception is open 24h I think. Or was open 4am at least. They say check in is open until 00:00 though. They were nice. They didn’t have water bottles, but they have water dispenser at the room, which was very nice. They don’t clean the room during the day, but once I asked if they could change my bed sheets, and it was no problem. They even cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels as well. I would say the only downside was that the curtain in the bathroom was too short, so the floor got a bit wet after every shower. They didn’t have hand soap or conditioner (they had shampoo and body soap). You couldn’t flush toilet paper in the toilet. Otherwise I’ll would say out was a nice stay. The location is close to big city."

We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended."

"The room was spacious enough and quiet with the window closed. The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything from refreshing seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits to piping hot local staple foods and soft baked goods. Everything was fresh, allowing me to put together a satisfying meal to my liking. The staff were thoughtful and attentive when I had questions. On the night of my check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary buffet, so I didn't need to plan an extra outing and could enjoy a leisurely and abundant dinner. It was a great stay!"

"I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is superb, very convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice separate wet and dry area, and the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. "We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and well-planned the room layout was, especially the automatic blinds which were perfect for blocking out light. The beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. While the AC temperature took a little while to lower to our desired level, it was not a breaking point and everything else was perfect. Added perks included free parking and complimentary ice cream for children’s day weekend. We will definitely visit again"

"Location is average, seems like walking distance to most places being in the city center but yet not quite exactly walking distance especially with the rain. The room is a good size, so is the bathroom with both standing shower and a bathtub. Water pressure in the shower is good. The power supply is only at 110v so the hair dryer is weak and takes a while to dry the hair. I've read comments about the weak hair dryer earlier so I brought my own but didn't expect the power supply to be so weak my own wouldn't work Bed and pillow are a little soft for my liking. Charging sockets are also limited and while there were 2 universal sockets at the working desk, they are so close to each other you can't plug in both at the same time. There's also a pool and gym here but we didn't get to use it during our short stay here. There's also a sand pit play area for kids on the same level as the pool and gym."

"Location: Located near the city center, very convenient and close to the main road (just no parking, but there is one nearby!). Facilities: The lobby and interior decor are nice, not old-fashioned! The room soundproofing isn't very good; my refrigerator didn't get cold…! But the room was clean, tidy, and spacious (love it!). Breakfast: Both Chinese and Western options are available, including fruit 😍 For 2500 on a weekend, I think it's great!"
