The location is super convenient, with lots of great food options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting us in choosing a room with a good deal. The hotel also thoughtfully provides parking. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The room was spacious enough and quiet with the window closed. The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything from refreshing seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits to piping hot local staple foods and soft baked goods. Everything was fresh, allowing me to put together a satisfying meal to my liking. The staff were thoughtful and attentive when I had questions. On the night of my check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary buffet, so I didn't need to plan an extra outing and could enjoy a leisurely and abundant dinner. It was a great stay!

The room is very spacious It’s located at a convenient location with eateries nearby. Very quiet at night and travellers can have a good rest at night. The bath room is well maintained and very clean. Will stay again if travel to Hsinchu next time. The hotel staff is very attentive too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel is a bit old, but the location is decent, and it's highly regarded by the locals in Hsinchu. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning works well. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, and you can even order beef noodles in the morning.

The elevator, the floor is uneven, although the carpet can still feel mottled. In the room, no electric bell is used to open the door with a key, and the safety lock behind the door feels not very reliable; in the bathroom, there are towels that do not provide personal items, and the shower gel can hardly be pressed out. When tired sleep, other doors open, close sound and vibration affect our sleep. There is more than we can imagine!

Location: Located near the city center, very convenient and close to the main road (just no parking, but there is one nearby!). Facilities: The lobby and interior decor are nice, not old-fashioned! The room soundproofing isn't very good; my refrigerator didn't get cold…! But the room was clean, tidy, and spacious (love it!). Breakfast: Both Chinese and Western options are available, including fruit 😍 For 2500 on a weekend, I think it's great!

My stay in the backpacker's room at the Hermes Hotel was a very good experience overall. The environment was kept very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept very relaxed without feeling cramped. The common areas were well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower facilities were clean and convenient to use. The hotel uses a self-check-in system, which is simple and quick, without waiting for front desk staff, making it very convenient for travelers. The overall space is quiet, and the accommodation quality is good, making it very suitable for backpackers or short-term tourists. Overall, the environment, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent, making it a backpacker's accommodation I would consider staying at again.

It's not far from the train station, the owner is very friendly, and there's a church across the street. The location is easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. The room I booked had two beds and a sofa. I was very satisfied with the price.
