"Traveling with kids, the room was excellent and very clean. The front desk upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. We had a small issue, but the lovely lobby manager promptly helped us resolve it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the robot delivering food was a fun and efficient feature. It's also very close to the ancient city, which is super convenient. If I come back to Kashgar, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"This Atour Hotel is pretty standard, similar to most others in the chain. Its location is super convenient, right across the street from the South Gate of Kashgar Old City. Being in a commercial area, it's easy to find shops and restaurants. The room amenities are comprehensive, but there's a weird issue with the pipes – they're right in the middle of the room and make a really loud gushing noise at night, like it's constantly raining. The hotel elevators are incredibly slow; if you're on the top floor, be prepared for a long wait. My Ctrip booking mentioned complimentary congee in the evenings, but I didn't receive any during my two-day stay. The parking lot is also a bit small, but luckily, I snagged a spot right outside the entrance."

"The hotel is located outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute walk away, in an alley off Awati Road. When navigating, make sure to set your destination to Awati Road and enter from that alley entrance, as it's much closer. If you try to enter from the carpet street alley, it's a long walk, which is what happened to me due to a navigation error. So, just a heads-up, and I hope everyone enjoys their stay here!"

They even provided coffee vouchers, which could be redeemed for free coffee at the lobby's coffee bar – a thoughtful touch! The staff at the coffee bar were warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly, responding promptly to any requests. It was a rare moment of relaxation during my trip, just sitting there enjoying a coffee in such a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's Cantonese cuisine. The dishes were of high quality, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. As soon as I completed the reservation, I received a pre-arrival care text message from the hotel, which detailed the precautions for check-in, the surrounding transportation, attractions, and even recommended delicious restaurants nearby. It was very thoughtful and instantly made me look forward to this stay. When checking in at the hotel, the staff were all smiling and very efficient. They helped me complete the formalities quickly and served me a cup of fragrant hot tea, which immediately dispelled my fatigue from the journey. When entering the room, the first feeling is that it is clean and tidy. The cleanliness level deserves full marks. It’s actually heated water, which is very friendly for someone like me who loves to drink hot water. I heard that there is a special midnight snack called ”Late Night Porridge”, which is really my favorite. I was busy until very late and returned to the hotel. My stomach was growling with hunger. The porridge was especially delicious and I felt refreshed after drinking it. The bamboo area of ​​the hotel is simply a treasure trove. The environment is quiet and elegant, with many books and green plants. Reading a book and drinking tea there can make people forget all their worries. No matter where you go in the hotel, when you meet the staff, they will greet you warmly. The service is particularly good, making people feel very friendly. The sound insulation effect is also very good. You can't hear any noise from outside at night and can sleep peacefully. When I checked out, the invoice was also smooth. The staff was very skilled and helped me with it quickly. However, a small incident occurred during this stay. One night, when I was about to rest, Kashgar fell into darkness. To be honest, I was a little panicked at the time and quickly called room service. In less than three minutes, they came over and kept me company, whispering to me not to be afraid. This stay was great. I believe that even if I encountered an emergency, the way the hotel staff handled it would make me feel at ease. I am very satisfied with every aspect. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come here in the future, and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends!"

"The room was very clean, and I even got a free upgrade! The price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite the mosque square. Just under 100 meters away is the Khan Bazaar night market food street, and the old city is right behind it. If you get tired while exploring, you can easily pop back to the hotel for a nap before heading out again – super convenient! There are also many photography shops nearby, and I got some really nice pictures. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and pretty, dressed beautifully in traditional Xinjiang ethnic costumes. They gave great recommendations for local food, which turned out to be fantastic. The front desk also offered complimentary fruits; this time there were plums, and on my last visit, there were 'dinosaur eggs' (a type of fruit, likely a local specialty), along with sweet raisins, rose tea biscuits, and more. This is something many hotels don't do, showing the owner's great vision! The breakfast spread was extensive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, fruits, rice, noodles, and wontons – more than enough to eat. It's truly amazing value for money. From now on, whenever I visit Kashgar, I'll definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to all my friends!"

"This hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient to get around, and there's a large shopping mall right across the street. The rooms are all new, well-equipped, and we even got a free upgrade. I particularly liked the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Compared to other hotels, their beds are slightly larger, and the room also comes with a mini-fridge, so we didn't have to worry about our fruit spoiling.
