We had another fantastic time at SENBO! The rooms are very clean and comfortable (the sheets are very soft!) and we enjoyed a lake view.  There is lots for children to do and we were excited to see a new animal area in development.  There has been a cafe added since we last stayed and more entertainers than last time too.  The Rainforest Restaurant is excellent, with a delicious selection of many different foods - breakfast is also excellent.  The water park and children’s play are both very clean and lots of fun.  We are already looking forward to our next visit 😊

We had a great time at the Senbo resort. Two adults with kids (8 and 9 years old). Very helpful staff and with a bit of help from translation apps everything went OK. Great selection in the buffet. Be aware that many of the water slides are only suitable for persons between 45-90 kg and over 150 cm, which meant that of our family of 4 only 1 (mum who doesn’t want to slide anyway) could access the slides. No regular swimming pool with more depth is available, but there is a nice vawe pool with around 1.60 m max depth. Also a surf simulator! Fun. Resort also has a 7d movie, many games and a play-land as well as a mini zoo. Kids loved it.

This resort was simply wonderful. Went for a wedding and the facilities were great. The breakfast delicious and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely visit again for another stay.

This is more for chinesse families. Nobody speaks english. That been said, its a fully immersive experience and the place is really nice.

Such a great experience at Senbo, 95% of the staff are very very polite and helpful, except for one of the chef at the breakfast station. Kids loved the family cabin, the scenery is great and room temperature is great. Attention to details, toiletries are prepped for kids very cute, table corners are protected. The playground is huge and mini zoo for the kids to spend their entire day at. This is a great place for family, definitely will come back again if we come to visit Hang Zhou.

Our stay at Senbo Nature Park and Resort was absolutely fantastic, especially for a family with kids! The resort is beautifully designed, with lush green surroundings that give it a peaceful and natural vibe. There were so many activities for our children, from interactive nature experiences to fun outdoor games. The staff was warm and accommodating, making sure the kids felt special and entertained. The family-friendly facilities, including spacious rooms and dining options with something for everyone, made the trip stress-free. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing, adventure-filled family getaway!

Amazing experience, very clean room, staff super friendly and a great weekend away experience. The room was immaculate with friendly helpers who cleaned up the room very well. The room had a great scent. The shower was the highlight for me and also the balcony which overlooked a mountain. The sounds of nature was what we woke up too. Definitely recommend this resort. Well worth it

SENBO is tucked away in a nature preserve. It’s very quite and beautiful. The food options were limited so if you don’t want to eat Chinese food you’ll need to leave the hotel and find something else to eat. The staff was very kind and spoke English well. We will definitely return!

Very nice hotel.. my family love it so much.. especially kids love the theme park so much. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides photo shooting service. We enjoyed very much. Thanks Senbo.

We had a fantastic front desk contact 彭定康 who took very good care of us. He supported us through our booking, inquiries of the facilities and activities we could do each day. He also was a great foreign contact and helped with some translations. We forgot our headphones and he organized for them to be delivered to us. The facilities are worth the visit and the service is excellent and everyone is very welcoming. Thank you Senbo Hangzhou, see you again soon.

* Advantages 1. The staff members were quite friendly and well-trained. I especially appreciate the assistance from the staff member named "Xiao Shang." 2. The variety and taste of the breakfast options at the restaurant were good, and the restaurant's design was quite nice. 3. The scenery at the rooftop tea house was beautiful and enjoyable. * Disadvantages 1.It would be appropriate for the hotel to provide free access to the swimming pool for its guests. 2.There is no bathtub in the bathroom (first time seeing this in a 5-star hotel). 3.There was no separate clock in the room, making it difficult to check the time. 4.The hotel does not have a gym.

Room was great and we loved the experience around. Hotel is well located. We got excellent help from JanSovex at the hotel who was very responsive to our needs. All in all I recommend the hotel if you want to spend a relaxing stress free vacation.

We were a group of 8 (2 families - 5 adults and 3 kids) and stayed for a wonderful 4 days/3 nights. We found the staff very friendly & helpful - a special thank you to 彭定康 at the front desk for all his effort to answer our questions and ensure that we were having a pleasant time. The facilities looked to be well maintained and of good quality. We were satisfied with the food for breakfast and dinner, especially the fish dishes, bamboo and steamed buns. Our older son (8 years old) especially loved the Player One Arcade and the rope climbing area - thank you to Jasmine and her father for guiding him through it. Our younger son (3 years old) loved exploring the Neverland play area and going down the water slides in the water park. Our only disappointment was at the water park - it seemed to be geared towards younger children and there was not much for children between 1m and 1.5m or anyone over 90kg or adults to do. The only faster slides that were open were the Time Warp (which I enjoyed), the 2-Person slide and the 4-person slide. For some reason, riders needed to be within 5kg of each other to ride the 2-Person slide (I find this ridiculous) and we did not have enough in our party over 1.5m and under 90kg to use the 4-person slide. The adults and older children spent most of the time at the wave pool. It would be good if the resort management could add more activities to the water park to allow more people to enjoy the facilities.
