"Seriously, who knew?! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Kunshan, and it completely blew me away. This is hands down the best accommodation in town, I'll never have to stress about where to stay again! I have to rave about the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel's location – it's an absolute winner! Right next to the Golden Eagle shopping mall, it’s the perfect setup for eating and shopping out, then heading back to relax. For someone lazy like me who hates fuss, it's a dream come true. Want food, bubble tea, or groceries? Just a few steps downstairs and everything's taken care of. No long treks needed, and getting around is super convenient. It really caters to every traveler's needs! The hotel's aesthetic perfectly matches my taste! The high-rise views are absolutely stunning, giving off a super upscale vibe that’s far from your typical, dull business hotel. The room is very spacious, not at all cramped, and gets amazing natural light. The huge floor-to-ceiling window is a total highlight – standing there overlooking the city, I felt like the star of a blockbuster movie. It’s incredibly atmospheric for photos, making it easy to nail those nine-picture Instagram grids! Cleanliness gets a perfect score! If you’re a germaphobe, you can book this place without a second thought! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. The sheets and duvet covers were smooth and soft, feeling incredibly comfortable, and there was a subtle, clean scent in the air. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The attention to detail was exceptional, making my stay feel super secure. The service was the biggest bonus! The staff member, Yuki, was so gentle and incredibly nice – patient, polite, and with just the right amount of distance. She wasn’t overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, but any questions or requests were immediately addressed. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, super smooth with no waiting in line. As an introvert, I absolutely loved it! Dining at the high-altitude restaurant was also fantastic. Eating while enjoying the city views doubled my dining pleasure! Overall, the value for money is truly excellent. The ambiance, service, location, and aesthetics were all top-notch – absolutely no complaints! Whether you’re in Kunshan for leisure or a business trip, this hotel is a no-brainer – you won't regret it! It's officially on my list of go-to hidden gems, and next time I'm in Kunshan, I'm booking here without hesitation!"

"Perfect location, lovely hosts, beautiful room with vintage furniture and super soft blanket! Very authentic. During the day time it’s super loud because of the amount of tourists, but staying in this place gives you unique opportunity to explain the town in the very early morning or very late evening (the lights switch off at 23:00). The room can seem small, but it’s old town, it can’t be different:) Unfortunately there was no tea provided, that’s sad for tea-famous country, maybe should be improved. Other than that – my stay was amazing☺️"

"This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"The room was new, breakfast was plentiful, the mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The bathroom facilities were good, and it's definitely worth coming back again. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was excellent, and the coffee was fragrant."

"Stayed at Courtyard Kunshan for a business trip and it was a perfect experience! The duty manager, Curry, checked me in super quickly, it only took a few minutes – incredibly efficient. They even thoughtfully offered a complimentary breakfast, which was abundant and delicious. Excellent service and comfortable rooms, highly recommend."

"The room insulation is excellent, providing great privacy – unlike some hotels where you can hear conversations from next door. The hotel's location is superb, making travel, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!"
