This hotel was great in many ways, but the cleanliness and sanitation of the comforters and mattresses were severely lacking. I stayed for 6 days, and the comforters smelled musty every single day. By the second day, I started itching all over my body. The hotel seems to cater to elderly tour groups, and clearly, they aren't prioritizing sanitation, or ensuring the bedding is dry and clean. On the third day, my feet started itching, developing blisters that eventually broke. I also developed red patches on my body and scalp. I've already spent over 1000 yuan on medication, injections, and ointments. This isn't a malicious review; I've spent over 50,000 yuan at Oriental Wenlan over the past two years, and no less than 30,000 yuan at Atour and Radisson. It's been over half a month since I returned, and the situation is getting worse, it's unbearable. My feet are practically rotting away, the issues are spreading up to my ankles. The service was excellent, but the hygiene was absolutely terrible."

We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible.
