"Not near from train station but when you come with own cars, its too far from parking lot. Room is large, its good to stay."

"The room was really spacious by Japanese standards, and the service was excellent. Parking was available right in front of the door, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I was driving from Hakuba to Niigata Port, and this was a stop along the way. I felt it was great value for money and was a very satisfying stay. Upon check-in, they noticed I wasn't Japanese and immediately sent me a brochure; it was very clearly written. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car in the evening, and then walked to Gyu-Kaku restaurant for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the yakiniku (grilled meat) that day."

"Very well run hotel directly across the road from the Naoetsu train station. Clean quiet room. I took the 8am train to Myoko Kogen 1 hr, 1080 Y. Then a 9.30am bus 380Y to Akakura to Snowboard. I enjoyed the trip and had to be in Naoetsu for other reasons. 7-11 nearby and lots of little restaurants.  The staff are very professional and friendly."

"It's an apartment used for touring, so it's clean. There are a few izakayas nearby at night, but if you want to eat and drink in your room, there's only a convenience store nearby, so it's better to stop by a supermarket to buy something to take with you. Also, if you open the window, lots of small insects come in."

"We stayed here on a family trip. We were grateful that they were able to accommodate our request for a room change. The bath was a genuine hot spring, and we were very satisfied. We would definitely like to stay again next time if we have the opportunity."
