"I rarely stay at IHG hotels, usually booking through Trip.com occasionally. This stay, however, really showed me what personalized service means. The Holiday Inn is a newly opened hot spring resort, and the facilities are comprehensive, with advanced washing machines and dryers, and even ironing equipment – very thoughtful. Mia at the front desk was incredibly nice; she gave us hot spring passes and breakfast for the child. When we couldn't get a taxi back to the hotel to pick up our luggage before catching our high-speed train, she specially arranged for a hotel car to pick us up, which was a huge help. It truly elevated my Jiuhua Mountain experience! I'll definitely be staying at IHG hotels more often in the future."

"I originally booked for one night, but ended up extending for two more right after checking out! Pin Song Bie Yuan is just a 5-minute walk from the transfer center, and there's a supermarket and restaurants right outside, making shopping incredibly convenient. The room was so clean you couldn't find a speck of dust, and the solid wood decor exuded a sense of Zen. The owner gave us a tour route that helped us avoid crowds, making for a truly wonderful stay."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. You can get there right after you get off the tourist bus. It is also very close to Jiuhua Street. It is said to be a ten-year-old hotel, but it does not look old. The overall hygiene is still very good. The breakfast is also good. There is no other problem except that there are too many people. There are also vending machines and ice cream in the lobby. If you are greedy and don’t want to go out, you can buy some snacks here. Here I would like to especially thank the young man in the housekeeping department and the master in the engineering department on May 2. On that day, there was a problem with the password lock of my suitcase. I originally wanted the master in the engineering department to help me pry the lock open, and I could buy a new suitcase. The two of them helped me fix it after a long time. I am grateful."

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended local delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the sheets and blankets were soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep, allowing me to wake up naturally. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, a well-balanced mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. "I came to Jiuhuashan for the second time this year. The first time I was looking for this homestay by a friend. I felt very worthwhile, the price was good, the environment was super clean, the bedding could be comparable to five stars, I really like this thick bed sheet quilt cover, the room has a balcony to bask in the sun, Very comfortable ～ This time I came by myself. I went up the mountain in the morning and stayed. I also asked the boss if I could take me to cook at night. The boss said that my parents cook at home and have grandparents. If you don’t mind, you can take me ～ Uncle and aunt for dinner prepared a table of local dishes hahaha, The vegetables are all grown at home, and the grandparents are very clean. At first glance, the family is very kind. Of course, there is a cute and beautiful proprietress. The glasses smile and bend like Lin Yichen. There is also a cute daughter. The boss is a man. "The room was clean and tidy, and the B&B's location was excellent, right next to the Baisui Palace cable car. We were among the first to go up the mountain, so there was no crowding at all. I had originally planned my own itinerary to explore from top to bottom. On the day we checked in, the host was very thoughtful and recommended a great sightseeing route that perfectly leveraged the hotel's location. The Huangjing tea at the hotel was delicious, so I bought a can to take home."

"The guesthouse rooms were clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the view from the window was beautiful, offering panoramic mountain views and even a view of the large Buddha statue in the Dayuan Cultural Park. The guesthouse had its own courtyard and parking lot, and even a small swimming pool, perfect for families with children or dogs. The owner was warm and welcoming, providing attentive service to meet all our needs. After we checked in, they even prepared a pot of hot tea for us downstairs, which was very thoughtful. If we have the opportunity to visit Jiuhua Mountain again, we would love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family traveling to Jiuhua Mountain."

"This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance. For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel."
