"We had an amazing time here the staff are very friendly, the food was very nice and a variety. The drinks are better than most 4 stars I stayed at. The location is on point, the rooms are comfortable enough, it's worth vtge prices. Thanksvto the restaurant and bar staff for working hard to please the customer. The pools are clean and well located. They also have a pool bar which is not part of all inclusive. Drinks are reasonably priced too. I will definitely go again."

"Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room Great plants and facility Breakfast buffet great, but cafe not edible. Lying on the pool chairs too close together... almost claustrophobic. But otherwise everyone was very friendly"

Hotel features a welcome front at the rooftop bar and a large cooking area. No air conditioning bit the bedroom has a ceiling fan and the evening breeze cools the room down. "The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea."

"The apartment was basic, but the staff was kind. We were initially given an apartment that reeked of smoke, but as soon as I informed the reception, they immediately changed it for us. It's a very large complex."

"Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday! The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused. We will definitely be back here. WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here."

"The hotel is right on the beach and has a great location; the sanitation service is very good and everything is clean; the dining and entertainment are also great; the facilities need to be improved, such as the curtains are old and not smooth, and the room card is too big to fit in your pocket when you go out for a run. Convenient, the size of the TV is about the same as the monitor; the biggest problem is that only the lobby has Wi-Fi and there is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, which is very incomprehensible."

"I'd like to be as honest as I can with this review and give praise where it's due please remember that this is only my opinion and you may feel or think slightly different I stayed here for 7 days in February and found the hotel to be quite pleasant easy to locate and super fast check-in After arriving into the room it was pleasantly decorated fully air conditioned with good bedding On the plus side there was also a small fridge where you could store a number of drinks The bathroom area was a good size and included a full size bath and overhead shower single sink and fresh towels the only negative side that I could see was the amount of mold around the shower area I believe this could have been cleaned a little bit better after speaking to other guests they all said the same The outside area garden and Pool was well laid out consisting of a number of flower beds small trees and rockery unfortunately again there was a number of tiles around the pool area that had come loose or been lost I also noticed in the bottom of the pool once again a number of lost tiles it's unfortunate given that it's a four-star hotel overall the place was clean and pleasant with a good number of some beds to relax on We stayed for bed and breakfast and each morning the breakfast was very much the same a good variety of ham cheese croissants toast cereal and fresh fruit the breakfast was nothing special but again adequate for the length of time we were there This hotel was quite good value for money due to its location and it's the amenities but I believe there are better hotels in and around the island The hotel had a bar area which opened in the evenings and served the good variety of alcoholic drinks including cocktails most nights was entertainment and the place was clean and pleasant Just to summarise on this review the hotel would be rated as a good 3 star hotel but don't think it is worthy the four stars given small details let the hotel down with a little bit more tender loving care this would make a fantastic stay with family friends The answer is would I stay here again Possibly not Do I think it's a bad hotel no Can I see room for improvement yes If I was able to rate this hotel I'd give it an eight out of 10"
